Came into the store to purchase a tablet cover for my Nook. Most of the tablet covers had extensive damage to them like scratches and dings on the front and/or back of them. After being watched in the store and followed around by manager«Perry,»(saw him a couple of times in my peripheral vision watching me in an isle behind me to the far right of where I was). I came to the check-out line with a purple tablet reader. I requested for it to be discounted because of the extensive damage to it in which he responded with a FLAMBOYANT attitude saying«I don’t see no damage on it. Where its at?» I wish I would’ve taken pictures. I then pointed to the three spots of damage in which he looked at me crazy with his eyes cocked saying no he will not discount it. I am grossly appalled at the misconduct of this«manager» and will rethink shopping at this location. If an item is damaged, there should NOT be a reason to deny a lousy 10% off(FIFTYMEASLYCENTS). I will purchase my tablet cover at target a few doors down or will check out the stock at the Aspen Hill, MD location. Only gave 3 stars because the cashier was nice. Emailed corporate, & awaiting a response.

I was so happy when they finally opened up this store. We needed a store like this in this area. When you walk in you can always find something in here that you would want to buy. Whether its a T-shirt with a cute saying to a case or charger for your smartphone. And you always usually end up spending more money than you want to its time to check out. Since the store is brand spanking new, everything is nice, neat and organized. And of course my boys love when I say let’s go to Five Below, because they can always find something in here for me to spend my money on… LOL!!!
