HD is a growing holistic business, leading the way for the Prince George’s and Southern Maryland communities. I have been here many times and always had a welcoming and open experience. For the seeker, you will find a home here.

A quaint spot for self awareness, spiritual development, meditation, classes such as Belly Dance, nature retreats and more! A great studio! I believe this is the only building in southern Maryland which offers such services.
I’ve been there a few times. The owner, Ginger is awesome, very welcoming… besides the services, they also sell items, crystals, incense, soap, and the like… I plan on returning!!!
