Pizza Hut

Here is another short, butttt not too sweet review. Sorry had to do it to you guys! Overall, this Pizza Hut is probably one of the worst places to go for good, or even decent, customer service. I have come here quite a few times and it is always consistently terrible. They have a bunch of kids running the place who are just immature and super unprofessional. While waiting for our order one night, I heard one of the guys tell the two girls in the front, «I wanna see you two fight» … Ummmm what the!!? 0. o Then upon entering, the guy standing at the front just looked at me when I asked if I can could place an order to go, then glared at the girl leaning against the wall, and proceeded to walk back to kitchen. EW! You could at least say «Of course, she can take your order for you» SOMETHING!!! The only reason I even come to this place is because the wings are on point & the location is convenient but honestly, after my last visit, I don’t think I will go back. I will be more than happy to hike my happy butt to the Pizza Hut in Clinton then come to this location. Just a suggestion, you should fire everyone and just start over. This place is a sinking ship!

Would Change: EVERYTHING!!!

Came in for a family dinner and am disappointed. The lady at the front desk sees my family of six standing at the sign that states, «We will seat you», and asked us if we were placing an order to go. After we tell her we are eating in she hands is menus and tells us to sit wherever we’d like. We walk into the dining room and just about every table is covered with crumbs, there are utensils, napkins, and crumbs all over the floor. There is even a drink that has been spilled on one of the tables just basking in the sunlight. There is a crew of five (two cooking, three out front), I’m sure one of them could tidy up the place.
As for the service, our server has been very helpful and greeted us quickly. Let’s see how the rest of the meal goes.

The only time I thought one star was being generous. The entire staff needs to be fired and replaced. I didn’t think a big chain like Pizza Hut could get away with horrible service, food and management but wow.

Came just after opening. The server expected us to give her our order before she sat us. She gave us menus, but did not give the kids the normal crayons and kids sheet that I’ve come to expect at Pizza Hut. She did not know where the booster seats were and instead of asking, tried giving us a high chair. Anyone with an independent two year old knows that a high chair is not a substitute for a booster seat. Then, she walked away without even getting our drink orders. She put in the breadstick order but again, did not get our drink order. She was trying to wait for us to decide what we wanted to eat before getting a drink order! We have her our drink order and waited to decide what to eat (it was my husband and I trying to decide what we wanted, the other three knew already). The breadsticks came out cool, and the marinara was not heated up. The breadsticks tasted like cinnamon, almost as if they cut them without washing the utensil first. When our stuffed crust cheese pizza came out, there was barely any cheese in the crust and it was SALTY and LOADED with sauce. Not to mention, the music playing at this location was NOT appropriate for children. Some people might be okay with their children hearing music about making love and sexual experiences, but in my opinion, it is TACKY and highly inappropriate. When I said something to my husband about the music, I guess an employee overheard and just glared at us. Not to mention an employee was parked horizontally taking up three spaces in a vertical parking lot. And the bathrooms were filthy. There is NO excuse for crap (literally) on the wall in a restroom when the restaurant JUST opened. And it was DRIED. On the toilet AND on the wall. Disgusting.
I think I’ll stick to my normal Pizza Hut for a treat for my kids. Not this one anymore! If zero stars was an option, it would get zero stars.
