I think maybe I had them on an off day or at least I’m hoping, bt 100% worst service, meal, and professionalism I have ever had! I walk in order my meal, it was some sort of bacon ranch sandwich. Skimped on just about everything! Then when I proceeded to ask if they would put more ranch on he told me it would cost extra, when I asked why, he explained McDonalds charges extra for ranch I’m trying to run a business. I later wished I would have asked for a $ 1 sub to go with my ranch! If you’re going to offer a sandwich with ranch in the name of the sandwich you should at least put quantity reasonable to the name of the sub. I then was preceded to be charged double on accident, at least I hope. As we were sitting there eating I heard another customer come in and ask for something and the guy rudely told them no and they proceeded to leave the store and not even purchase anything. The best part about the story is that the horribly rude and unprofessional gentleman was actually the owner of the store! Henceforth if you’re planning to eat Quiznos(which I love) I would strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. Personally I will never be back and I hope with his awful and unpractical business practice that he has to sell to somebody who actually can run the store properly!

It is a typical Quiznos so you pretty well know the fair they offer. I enjoy the food and like that the chain carries Pepsi so I had to stop in on trips from Kansas City to Northeast Iowa. A last stop before driving off the map. Service is usually pretty good. They always ask if I want all the toppings on my French Dip and that is great as I do not want peppers but add mushrooms. Sandwiches have always been hot and delicious so I can not complain there. The only knock I have is that those who prep the sandwiches after cooking are not always the most friendly about adding extra toppings. I know a French Dip usually doesn’t come with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions but I like it that way. I had one of the young ladies argue with me as there were already sauteed onions so I didn’t want fresh onion, I did.
