Very satisfied with service done here. Under new owner this place has flourished it is now very clean and sanitary and the workers are happy to be there. I stuck with mid range pedicure and was very impressed with the amount of time spent softening massaging my feet. It was defiantly good money spent for the attention they have me as well as the great job they have done. I might have to make this my usual spot!

With so many great reviews I had to come check this place out… Julie is nothing short of amazing.
Now I warned her, I am so extremely picky from the curve or angle of each corner of shaping my nails to bubbles and everything else you can imagine… She did everything I asked for and more. She said she was picky too and wanted to make sure I left as happy as I came in. So sweet!!!
This salon offers you a complimentary drink while waiting. I thought it was just water that they had… Nope! Sodas and juice available too. Amazing!

Matted, rhinestones, diamonds and 3D! First time here 2weeks ago and I was surprised they only charged me $ 35 with all if these included. I did only one nail with rhinestones and a bow but it looked great. Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job.

Absolutely hands down the best service I have received ever if you are wondering where to get your nails done come here! I am so picky and let me tell you how not only friendly but skilled they are here. I was so impressed by their professionalism will be coming back probably forever!

My daughter springs it on me at 7:30pm that she would love to have her nails done before the school halloween parade which was the next day. There are not a lot of places open at 7:30 on a Thursday. Thankfully we saw that this place was open.
After a very warm and friendly greeting, we were offered a beverage and then the fun began.
Vince, who did a wonderful job on my 11 year old, was awesome. He started out with a nice leg and foot massage then proceeded to give her a really nice pedi that included cool pumpkins… perfect for halloween.
Then it was on to the mani. My daughter was in heaven. Vince was very gentle and took his time. She absolutely loved the hot rocks he put on her hands after another nice massage.
All and all I give 5 stars to Annabelle’s and specifically Vince. Thank you for a wonderful last minute experience.

my experience here was perfect! My pedicure was an absolute amazing experience with a wonderful massage, thank you Vince! My nails were done exactly how I wanted, Julie really took her time and made sure they were done perfectly.
complimentary beverages are served here as well. I definitely will be back!

Searched Unilocal to find a nail salon (have had some real bad expirences lately). Seems the market is saturated so the emphasis on customer service has been lost.
When I entered Annabelles I was greeted by Denise and Julie. I was immediately seated and offered a beverage then greeted by Vince who did my Pedi. Discovered that I had had met Julie before and was please to see her again in her own shop.
Annabelles is very clean and has an inviting, relaxing atmosphere. Prices are VERY reasonable, they are not out to gouge you. They understand success comes from good customer service and repeat customers, NOT taking advantage then waiting for the next smuck to walk through the door.
Even though they are in plain sight they are easily missed, but keep your eyes peeled when driving past «Arco» on Elmira they are in the little strip mall between «Metro» and «Just Cake It».

Very clean, very professional and they remember me! They go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable by asking about the temp of the spa or offering snacks and/​or drinks. I found it very impressive when Julie remembered my son and asked how he was. I only brought him once! They are very family oriented and bring their clients into the fold of family. I love it there. I don’t ever want to go anywhere else. Oh! The nail designs are amazing. They are truly talented.

Love my nails!!! This place is very nice. Best customer service I’ve ever had. They offer you snacks and drinks for no charge. A nail salon that is very family oriented. Denise did a French tip pedicure on me which was amazing!!! And at a good price! Julie did my acrylic nails and I love them!!! Definitely coming back and referring family and friends!
