The computer guy that will crush all other computer guys: Raymond from ART Computer. His quick, on-site support for my business and home systems has saved me time and time again. Even better: I can call him with questions throughout my workweek and he provides sound advice that often resolve my issues in no time at all. After going through dozens of I.T. numbskulls, I have finally found someone who doesn’t make me feel tech-stupid or take advantage of me while racking up the hourly bill. In this day in age, many of us can’t afford to have business come to a halt because of computer chaos. It’s time you call Raymond with ART Computer – my computer’s guardian angel.

Raymond did some work on my business partner’s computer that so impressed him, that he was elated. He had an issue syncing his iPhone to his laptop that even Apple computer couldn’t solve, along with others who tried and Raymond made it happen in short order. Then my laptop screen went blank and he gave me a more than fair estimate and the screen works perfectly now. His brick and mortar store site in Fairfield is gone, but Raymond is very much alive and working on fixing computers all over the bay area. All I care about is that it gets fixed right and the price is fair and those two things were accomplished. Then I met Raymond in person and found out he is also a great guy. Couldn’t be better as far as I’m concerned.

these computer technicians seem to know what they are doing, but charge most people the same price. 250 – 275 dollars. i am very dis-satisfied with these assholes because they charged me 250.00, and could not restore my pc. they expected me to know the techincal aspects of the technology when i returned because everything was not restored after telling me that my hard drive was bad, and they even gave me a 47.00 hard drive(not the original replacement) charged me 100.00! my computer was slower, and did’nt have any audio output. i am very angry, and will contact CONSUMERAFFAIRS, ANDTHENGOTOSMALLCLAIMSCOURT. consumers need protection!!! get rid of greedy assholes like ARTCOMPUTER !!! I used Art Computer twice before, Raymond did a good job of solving s my virus issues on my laptop. On my second visit, the Asian man in the store wasn’t very polite and when I called Raymond, I felt like he was talking down to me. I lost all my bookmarks pages with some expensive downloads. Yesterday I dropped in the store to inquire about repairing my broken laptop screen. The Asian man ask me to bring in the laptop. which I did but said, without looking at it… that It will be two hours before he can give me an estimate. I don’t have two hours to waste. I left the store in disgust at such unprofessional treatment. I guess nerds need to learn customer service skills too if they want to be in business. Needs to drastically work on customer relations. Very poor grade. –D

Do not waste your time and money with this place. They are just a rip off! Incompetent, unprofessional, and ridiculously overpriced. I gave them two chances. I wish I had trusted my instincts and not gone back the second time, but I did. A costly mistake. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I found a terrific puter guy in Davis — thanks to Unilocal

This place is AWESOME!!! I took my laptop to the Solano Computer guy, and I was given a wrong diagnosis. Then took it to these guys and it turns out that it was a operating system failure. My laptop was up and running w/in a week!

Art was great when I needed my hard drive fixed. It was picked up and dropped off for me. Great service.

Raymond fixes things so fast on my Mac that it makes me me silly that I couldn’t do it… although I’d try MANY times before I call him. Now I save myself the stress and call him first. =)
