I’ve never been so disappointed with any kind of service in my life. My son wanted to surprise me on Valentine’s Day with an arrangement and boy did I get one. The driver tried to deliver the arrangement at 1:00pm on Sunday but I wasn’t home. I arraigned with the driver for it to be delivered around 4pm but he never showed up. No call or nothing! Mind you 3 days later, I still haven’t received my arrangement. My son calls back to get his money refunded and was told he couldn’t receive a refund because they tried to deliver it on Valentine’s Day. He asked when would it be delivered and was told 4pm today. 4pm came and went and he called back to see again when would it be delivered and now the new time would be before 8pm. My arrangement was delivered at 9:40pm. I gave one star but I would like to give them 5 rotten apples!

WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! i was SUPPOSED to be surprised at work at 5pm. Got a call firstly ruining the surprise by telling me i am supposed to get an arrangement… Then they dare ask and i quote. «DOYOUSTILLWANTIT?» woooow yes as a matter of fact i do want my paid for arrangement… then im told okay then but itll be delivered around 9 or 10 pm!!! My fiancé order this arrangent to show off how much he loved me and show off in front of everyone. Now im being told ill get after my work is closed and ive gone home! I tell them past 9 is unnacceptable. the young girl and a tagalong come in sloppy and unprofessional at 9:27! This place sucks! 150 $ for nothing but a headache and mediocre fruit. NEVEREVEREVEREVERGOINGBACK. And if i could give negative believe i WOULD!!!

I ordered a few items for Valentines Day and decided to pick them up since I live no more than 20 minutes away. The location itself is way too small and it was hard to determine where the line actually started, there was zero organization. One lady seemed to be helping only customers who wanted to place same day orders, while another fumbled through a pile of pick up orders to find my name. The only reason why I am giving 5 stars on this review is because the arrangements were delicious. I love chocolate covered strawberries and the pineapples were surprisingly fresh. The assortment was nice because there was a mixture of milk chocolate, white chocolate, and dark chocolate. I am usually not a fan of dark chocolate because at times it can be a bit bitter, but I actually didn’t mind the dark chocolate on the strawberries. Everyone I gave an arrangement to absolutely LOVED them. If you know someone that is a fruit lover you seriously cannot go wrong with this type of gift. Not sure if I will order another arrangement. I mean, for the price I think this place needs to teach their staff how to be a bit more friendly and they need to invest in a bigger space.

I’m so disappointed with this store. I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements before and had no problems with delivery or customer service. Sadly I cant say the same with this particular store in Vacaville. I ordered about $ 100 of their product and ordered delivery for 12 noon on Friday. 12:30pm no show, 1:00pm no show(an hour late not even a phone call) 3:00pm no show. So I called to ask about the status of the order and they told me it still hasn’t been delivered. I told them my delivery was scheduled for 12 noon and they tell me it’s their policy«not to guarantee a delivery time». WHAT? Why would you ask me what time I would like my order delivered if it’s your«policy» not to guarantee a delivery time? They should’ve told me when I ordered that«Hey, we’ll deliver it at our convenience» «Who knows when you’ll get your order? Maybe tomorrow, maybe a week from now» Unbelievable, the only thing I can respect is that they gave me a full refund… although I had to wait until Saturday morning to pick it up. Never using this store again, might never use Edible Arrangements again with their poor service and lack of accountability. DONOTSPENDYOURMONEYHERE

Ordered me a large arrangement, balloons and teddy bear. He was so excited about me getting this surprise gift on my birthday. They confirmed a mid-day delivery(we live about 5 minutes from the location). Husband kept calling me to see if my surprise arrived… nope nothing. He called at 3:30pm and the rep in the store said it was in route. Where was the route going and how long would it take to get there? we only lived 5 minutes away. When he arrived home at 4:45pm, it still was not delivered. He called and was on hold for 43minutes as we had to leave for dinner reservations. So, needless to say, I NEVER received my delivery. Now, the next morning I call customer service and they say oh, we’ll check into the order… forget it now. I don’t want it. I requested a refund, I was told to wait until Monday(Today is Saturday) because only a manager can assist me. BUT you were willing to take my money and not deliver an order and I have to wait to get my $ 185.00 back??? NEVERAGAIN. I wish he would have read the other reviews before ordering from here. Don’t order from here, find another location(They are independently owned) or an entirely differant gift idea!!!

Wrote a review before, Unilocal deleted it. I’m sure because this Edible Arrangements couldn’t handle the truth and didn’t want the truth hurting business. BUTTHEPEOPLEHAVE A RIGHTTOKNOW! DONOTUSETHEIRSERVICES! Not only did they NOT deliver my gift, but I didn’t even receive one apology for it. Instead, the worker yelled at me over the phone and told me it’s my fault. I ordered and paid for everything online and it told me it would be delivered by a certain date and time. It’s not my fault your drivers left without it so it would not be delivered on time because the driver can’t go back to get it. Useless and worthless. All the employees here should be fired. I’ve used Edible Arrangements for so many years at so many different locations and I have never had such horrible service. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund. It’s the least they could do.

Tasteless Fruit… I was so excited to receive an Edible Arrangement as a gift. They are adorble and thoughtful gifts, but the fruit is so dry and no flavor whatsoever. They should take a good look at their fruit and maybe do some taste testing before they make an arrangement.

I know that fruit is not always in season, however if you sell fruit year round it better be good. I got this as a gift, such a wonderful and thoughtful gift. The downside ALL the fruit was crunchy no flavor and out of season. I am surprised that they even dont just shut down if they cant get ripe fruit. It was so gross I tried a little bit of everything and ended up tossing the gift. I felt bad but it really was a waste of money. Their only saving grace was a few choco. covered strawberries. Really though it was nothing special. I personally wouldnt order them for anyone, and I wouldnt be ordering it myself… I say waste of money. unless maybe summer time?

I woild give them zero stars if I could. Ordered a large arrangement on Monday as I am heading out of the country, doesnt get delivered, no contact from them. Call them on Saturday and they give a BS excuse claiming my order was fraudulent. Never contacted me, nothing. Demanded a refund and they did so that same day. If it was fraudulent how can they refund it? Liars and incompetent. Won’t be using them again. Complaint filed with their main office. I hope they pull their franchise license.

Read and call ahead before ordering online if you need a delivery made on a certain date and time. It states they can deliver as late at 9pm residential. I called before ordering online 10⁄15 for a 10⁄16 delivery. The CSR said it would not be an issue because it was NOT a peak day or holiday. Had they said the delivery was going to be made late, i would have made arrangements for family to make a quick stop to pick up and deliver it ourselves … Since i live out of the area. Anyways, I graciously ordered and spent about $ 80+ on a medium sized bouquet. Come to find out, it was«Bosses day?!» And apparently people buy things for their bosses and all company deliveries have priority over residential. My delivery was not made until 7PM … Pretty much AFTER my mother went out to her birthday dinner… they left a post it note with the time of delivery and to call for another delivery. LAME. THEWHOLEPURPOSEOFCALLINGAHEADWASTOMAKESURETHISWASN’T GOINGTOHAPPEN. I made a call to corporate and they gave me the run around. I emailed twice and no response from the Vacaville store. This will be the last time I make an order from this companyb and others will follow suit.

I am SO excited that Zach is finally back. I was super bummed to hear that he left for a while. I am a regular customer and have always received the best customer service from him every time I’m in! Great service! I believe it was Kenneth that I helped me. I couldnt wish my best friend Happy Birthday in a better way while she was at work =) I ordered online and picked the closes Edible Arrangements close to her. The problem was I ordered at 11am and it needed to get to her by 2:00pm before she left. I know, I’m a slacker =) but I called to make sure first before finalizing my order. Voila! I also called back because i forgot my name on the bottom of my gift message! hahaha! but they wrote it down without hesitation. she texted me a pic and at 1:30pm…She loved it and I was so happy I could make her day. Thanks to the staff at this location… they were friendly fast and efficient.

This is the worst place to order from! They only have one van and the day the delivery was suppose to happen I get a phone call telling me their one and only van is in the shop and they are not sure when it can be delivered! This is ridiculous for a company like this and I will never order from them again and I will let all of my friends know about this so that they don’t end up as disappointed as I was that a birthday gift did not get delivered and it was too late to order from another company.

0STARS For the WORST customer experience i have ever encountered!!! If you don’t want to be disappointed don’t order from this hell hole! Where do i start about this HORRIFIC experience with the Vacaville location. Twell the first day of my new position my fiancé called Edible Arrangements in Vacaville to «SUPRISE» me(mind you this is the 3rd time he has order something from here for me). Well the person who took the order some how got the wrong address to my job which the constantly deliver to. The driver calls my job says they need to speak to me in order to deliver. Mind you this is a surprise they should of called my fiancé not me! The order was suppose to be delivered at 10AM! By 330 they called me at work for the 2nd time now! im busy at work i cant answer to this non-sense! Any ways i call to cancel and receive a refund! The lady said that a refund wasn’t possible because the manager wouldn’t be in till the next day. i let that go. Well i called back for my finace every day for 4 days and got the same respose«My manager wont be in till tomorrow» MMNO every store has to have a supervisor or manager on duty that’s just ridiculous! Finally on 5th day my fiancé had to call and finally spoke with someone and FINALLY got trhough. Well now the manager was so rude!!! Saying it wasn’t there fault and my fiancé was all wrong! That the driver always call the person recieing??? MM90% of the arrangments are suprises! why would they do that? RUININGTHESUPRISE! RUDE!!! the lady finally said the refund will take 3 – 10BUISNESSDAYS! F*** that i will NEVER be BACK! HOORIBLEEXPERICE! NEVEREVERAGAIN!!! OVER Priced for No reason! if your in vacaville and want quality chocolate covered strawberries go over the over pass and head to The chocolate mountain!

I’ve always been a big fan of Edible Arrangements and have purchased and received many fruit assortments in the various places I’ve lived. I’ve received these arrangements twice since moving to Vacaville and I have to say this location is nothing special. Both times the fruit wasn’t that fresh and they are very cheap with the chocolate. Any of the other locations I’ve ordered from chocolate dipped strawberries are always almost entirely covered in chocolate, these guys dip less than half of the little baby strawberries they use. The pineapples are hard and the grapes are mushy. For the amount of money you spend on these it’s definitely not worth it.

I’ve ordered here a few times and they have been great. I’ve picked up twice and had two delivered to my aunt and uncle who live in Vacaville. When I picked up, they were friendly and helped me tight away. They deliver on time and are flexible with delaying the orders when necessary. They are very understanding and I appreciate that.
