I really like this place up until yesterday when my husband pointed out three cockroaches pretty big in size near the kitchen area .I left the place so grossed out my husband couldn’t even finish his drink ended up throwing it away. I wish I would’ve took a photo but I was just so grossed out I just walked out.

This place is good but they NEVERSEEMTOHAVEREGULARSIZEBOBA! Seriously, this is why we come here… otherwise I would go to Jamba Juice. Please do a better job of stocking your store. We would like to be regular customers.

I hate to add another«meh» review into the mix here, but that’s really how I felt after trying this place for the first time. First of all, they were out of boba pearls. I really wanted to try a milk tea but changed my mind after hearing that, so I ended up going with a blueberry slush. It was way too sugary and barely had any blueberry flavor. There was more flavor in the aftertaste, but even that wasn’t all that great. My husband got a honeydew slush and LOVED it. I hate honeydew but tried anyway and it was actually pretty good. I like that they have a huge menu and so I look forward to giving them another shot and trying something else next time we stop in — preferably a milk tea with boba pearls.

Not bad! Stopped by for a couple of snacks. First off, the girl at the register was super friendly and welcoming. We didn’t order any boba(omg?!) Because we still had sodas from dinner with us. However we still wanted some munchies to take with us to the hotel to snack on while watching TV. The takoyaki was so good. To be honest, Quickly was the first restaurant that I ever got takoyaki from and since then, I’ve ordered it pretty often. The takoyaki doesn’t have a fishy smell like other places. The popcorn chicken was crunchy and a little dry, but fine. A-OK in my book.

The dragon fruit milk tea is the best thing on the boba planet! I’ll be 100% honest I’ve never had the food but the milk teas are always on point! The best part is you can have small and big boba mixture in your favorite milk tea! The service has had a few moments of «youth» but hey it’s just quality milk tea at the end of the day!

I’ve given this place a try three times. The first time was when they first opened and it drinks were half off. Well, they were off on the flavors of my drink, not to mention the 20 minute wait with only two people ahead of me. The second time I came with my cousin who was out of town. My cousin loves boba and was pretty excited to have a store with a variety of flavors. My cousin wished we would’ve driven across town to Phở to get boba. For myself, I was not disappointed with being disappointed. My drink tasted water down and again, a long wait with only 1 person in front of me. The third time I ordered something safe, Thai tea. They failed miserably. I truly believe they add extra water in drinks to make it so bland and watery. Others have raved about this, I will go ahead and rave about it differently.

The staff is AMAZING at this location compared to other Quickly’s I’ve been to. There has NEVER been a day I have come in and not seen a smile or have been greeted by a friendly voice! The drinks are delicious and customizable to your liking(just ask the cashier!). Many customers lack compassion toward these young adults/teenagers. Having worked food service before, I understand how hectic it can get, especially on busy days. Similarly, we must keep in mind that these are teenagers who, just like us, make mistakes and can be unprepared. Teenagers aren’t perfect? So why do we expect them to be? Yes this location has its inconsistencies, but 5 stars goes to those young workers who strive to keep us content with our boba craving, deal with us cranky adults and manage to maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.

The staff is super nice. We all liked our slushy drinks with the flavored gel strips. We also got fried tofu bowls, fried egg rolls and fried pot stickers; We liked everything. There were a few problems. A lot of the food menu was no longer available. They need soy sauce and larger diameter straws. Seating was limited so plan for take out. It is slow and not quickly. I will be back.

I pretty much get 2 different types of drinks here because those are the two they make the best. I’ve had others but its really hit or miss. Sometimes the boba is old and mushy. But more often than not its good enough to get my boba fix. Word to the wise, NEVERGETFOOD from boba places or yogurt shops. Its almost always something frozen & over priced. If you get food here expecting anything more than frozen Asian cuisine you will be sorely disappointed. Honeydew milk tea & Thai-Tiger Milk tea are my 2 favorites. Tiger milk tea is just half Thai tea half milk tea(the regular Thai never tastes sweet enough or have enough milk tea so I always get the tiger milk tea instead). Blended drinks are really bad, mostly just ice. **THINGTOTAKENOTEOFIFGOINGHERE** –They don’t have drink carriers and the Large sized drink will not fit in any cupholder in your car. Have fun holding it in your lap or telling a friend to hold it for you.

Came in at 11:30 and its empty, not a good or bad thing just my observation for coming here for the 1st time. Didnt even know they had a quickly here, it must be pretty new. Got my drink pretty quick but they were out of large boba. Judging by yhe other reviews management needs to be on top of supplying the store adequetly.

My son loves getting a taro boba at this Quickly, but 50% of the times we go they don’t have large boba. He’ll settle for the small boba but I can tell he’s disappointed when they don’t have big boba. Pros– –good location at Nut Tree –clean location with tables and seating –stampless stampcard keeps track of drinks ordered w/your phone number after you buy 10, you get 1 free –kids at front are usually nice –good selection of tea flavors Cons– –somehow they always run out of large boba –their food is hit or miss and they don’t give as much popcorn chicken as other locations –food orders take a while so be prepared to wait if you do decide to order food –bathrooms are not always in working order

I was glad to see this place just a few steps from Ulta. I had my infant son with me and it was starting to rain so I wanted to get something quick and easy. The place was empty when I walked in and it took a minute for someone to show up behind the register. I ordered my usual, honeydew milk tea, along with fried tofu. There was a picture of lumpia, 10 for $ 5, right next to the register so I added that to my order. My drink came out quickly and it took another 2 – 3 minutes for my food to come out. Im satisfied with the food but I wish the fried tofu would come seasoned already so I didn’t have to do it myself. I ended up making a mess. Oh and not to mention the small portion of the tofu. Other than that, I’m happy with the quick service and cleanliness of the place. They also had my all-time favorite movie on, Mean Girls.

I was excited for Vacaville to actually have a Boba shop & a Quickly none the less! Unfortunately that’s where the excitement ended. I ordered a Thai tea snow with large tapioca which is my standard«safe» go to drink to order that cannot be messed up. Or so I thought. My drink turned out on the bland side but I still drank it cause boba. I also ordered my favorite chocolate flavored egg puffs. I was excited because the Fairfield Quickly didn’t serve snacks so I was looking forward to satisfying my craving. The egg puffs turned out to look the saddest I’ve ordered from a Quickly, ever. The egg puffs tasted good but they weren’t even puffy. It actually looked like some squished brown mess of a snack that reminded me of poop. Anyway, 2 stars because of the overall ambiance was clean & the employees were pleasant. Overall, I’ll come back, try again, & see if they improve since I heard the shop only recently opened.

Why do I keep coming back here? For the boba of course. I mean, when it comes to boba spots, Vacaville is pretty slim pickings. You either have the little boba bar inside County Square or the Vietnamese restaurants that offer smoothies with ‘pearl’. They’re just as good but Quicklys menu game is too strong. So many options compared to the other places. You can get regular milk tea, fruit tea, snow, slush, and have it hot… if you want it to be. They have 4 drink sizes you can choose from(regular, med, lrg, chubby). Prices are ehh, I’m still tryna adjust to – I frequent the Fairfield Quicklys more and the size and prices are different. For a regular size at Fairfields Q, they use the medium size cup and their cost is $ 3.50 with boba. Whereas here you’ll be paying $ 4+ here for the medium. I’ve had my fair share of drinks here – the peach black tea, green apple tea, and guava tea and no complaints so far. well okay maybe one. I ordered a pineapple slush with small balls and when my order was up, my cup was half filled with the tapioca balls. There was definitely no slush at the bottom, it was straight up BALLS! I mean thanks for the hook up boba barista… but the sugar balls were all my straw could suck up… and it was clumped up boba balls, too. I was lightweight disappointed, and it was a hot day too. I wanted a slushie to cool off, not warm tap balls. So far, in the snack dept, I’ve tried their takoyaki. Not bad, I’ve ordered it twice, so it’s edible. It’s just missing the furikake topping and seaweed. I’d like to try their popcorn chicken next, as well as their fries(straight, curly and waffle). Haven’t had to wait long for an order so far, prolly because I come here during slow hours. Service is good and drinks are good. I also like how this quicklys has the virtual stamp card deal. Buy 10, get the next free. Just sign up by giving them your digits and you’re set. Yessuh, I’ll be back!

Not impressed here. Then again I’m not impressed with any of the quicklys around the area. Place is clean but the employee there seem uninterested and looks like it takes forever to get your order. How about having 2 employees at all times so when people are ordering food it doesn’t take a half an hour for people wanting drinks to wait for it. I came here hoping this location would be good but once again I’m disappointed. Where are the good boba places!!! Quick note: I ordered the Thai milk tea, no boba since they said they don’t have the large pearls(what?! That’s the standard balls to have at all times!!!) so no boba and the drink was overall too sweet!!!

This location is bigger than most quickly’s so it’s pretty comfortable to sit here rather than purchase your items and leave. Because it’s still new, I played it safe and ordered a small popcorn chicken, curly fries, and milk tea with mini tapioca pearls. The boba was fine, everything else was meh… The curly fries came to me over cooked. I had to return it for a second batch, it was also unseasoned and just tasted icky, will not order again. The popcorn chicken I got was cooked well but all I had were tiny pieces, not the huge pieces I’m used to from quickly’s. The portion for both food orders was very small and came in boxes rather than bags. For the same price, I got 2x the amount of popcorn chicken from the location in Vallejo(the pieces were huge over there as well). Like the curly fries, I thought the popcorn chicken tasted bland, normally I don’t need to add chili powder but this time I had to add a lot. Another problem was that after I ordered the food, and other than when they were calling out orders that were done, the workers would disappear to the back and even when I called out«Excuse me» to get their attention, I was left ignored. There was a manager(?) or owner(?) who was in the location on her laptop and regularly called out to get the workers to come out from hiding. They weren’t rude or anything, just very oblivious to what was going on outside their bubble. Given that this is the only real place boba location here in Vacaville(minus restaurants) my hands are tied when I’m craving this bubbly treat… but I won’t go out of my way to come here otherwise. I suggest putting a bell in the front.

This place is pretty decent. I do love the Taro Red Bean Milk Tea. But I feel a more syrupy taste than a powder taste from the Taro. I unlike most people like my milk tea less sweet but have a more floral note to it. But thats okay, I call quicklys the asian version of mc donalds anyways so I didnt expect much. I must say though the red bean added a nice chew! With that being said the popcorn chicken was pretty juicy! Really well done :) I’ll come back and try the Egg Puffs, I hope they dont disappoint me with that. Customer service wise the Lady was really nice. Nicer than the cashier at Rubios definitely.

Decided to give this place a try since its new & this is what I think. Positives: –the drink I got was good. Large peach milk tea with small boba. –rewards is easy. They take your phone number down & send you a text for how many stamps you got. I believe you get 10& then get a free drink? I don’t remember. But you can unsubscribe the text messages if you don’t want them anymore. –a lot of choices to choose from Negatives: –food was not worth it at all. I ordered calamari rings that were burnt. My boyfriend ordered crispy chicken that was extremely salty. –My boyfriend originally wanted a rice bowl with chicken teriyaki. We went in at about 12 today and they said it would be a 30 minute wait because they had no rice prepared which I found kind of ridiculous. Most people eat lunch around this time so it would seem like a great idea to have the rice prepared.

Vacaville’s Quickly ain’t as bad as other people make it to be. I was actually pleasantly surprised with this location! Welcoming experience was fairly welcoming. The ladies behind the counter were friendly despite some of the rude customers they’ve encountered. I really liked how patient Patricia was when taking my order. I experienced a brain fart while I was taking an order from her, but nevertheless, I got my usual bubble tea with large tapioca and crispy popcorn chicken! The consistency of the milk tea at this location was mixed well with no powdered residue. Also, the tapioca they put in their drink was squishy goodness. On the other hand, the popcorn chicken had the perfect twist of crunch and was especially made for dipping that sweet and sour sauce in! If there’s anything I would have to criticize on it would be the speed of making drinks. I know it’s this Quickly’s first première in Vacaville so I know there’s bound to be a few mistakes; however, they should keep in mind that they’re going to gain more customers now because this location is better than the Fairfield one. On a plus note, I give them brownie points for placing the sweet and sour sauce in containers, so no one will make a mess later on.

Finally a place in Vacaville that serves a decent Boba drink!!! Since moving here from the peninsula I have had to settle for bland under/overcooked Boba at any local Thai or phõ restaurant. Came by after work(around 7pm) and it was very slow. I’m pretty used to walking into a quickly and listening to Asian pop blaring in the store. It was a nice change of pace(especially after a long day at work) to walk in and seeing Despicable me on the TV but kinda felt that it lacked the authenticity of a typical quickly store. Ordered my very simple jasmine green tea unsweetened with Boba and it was good! Nice strong tea with the right amount of ice(so when it melts it doesn’t water down the tea) and perfectly cooked and sweetened boba! *(Hallelujah there is a boba god!)*. I’m sure a lot of these poor reviews are because this place just opened up and these kids are getting used to the swing of things. Give them time people there is always a learning curve. Regardless of what everyone else thinks, I had a pretty epic experience and will definitely be back. :)
