I love this place. Burgers cooked to order. Huge amount of toppings included if you choose. Fries are excellent and they don’t skimp. Food is always hot and fresh. And as a bonus, they have barrels full of peanuts in the shell. Grab some to munch on while you wait for your food.

This once was good but they kinda suck now and haven’t had a decent burger from them in months. I won’t be going back again, ordered little bacon cheeseburger, lettuce, raw, onion ketchup and mustard… Pretty easy right? mine had practically an entire onion on it, because there too lazy to actually chop up the onion like normal, they had half inch chunks on a LITTLE bacon cheeseburger, so much mayo it was leaking out and almost made me yak. With that amount of onion and mayo you would would the the lettuce and ketchup would be somewhat similar in portion to balance it out, instead I get a barely any… Wtf who wants a mayo onion burger??? And bacon is always old and cold. Hope they go out of business so a decent burger place will come to Vacaville.

I stopped into Five Guys to grab some lunch to go. As I waited for my order, this kid(maybe late teen early twenties) walks in with his mom. It was obvious that the kid had some sort of disability. I have a brother with a disability and as a kid, I remember the awkwardness of going to places and having people stare or make faces. As I waited for my food, I was watching the staff make the orders and handle the customers. I have to say… The service they provided was GREAT and the way they handled the kid was AWESOME. Definitely a place I want to take my business.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars their food is garbage and the staff is beyond shady and dishonest they have no problem tarnishing other people’s reputations and taking people’s money charging through the nose for a simple hamburger many of the employees are dishonest sneaky and conniving she cost someone else their job without a care in the world and the management is unfit to be in management roles their equally dishonest and deceitful they almost ruined a good hard working persons life DONOTEATHERE!

Nothing special here, food is bland, seasoning on the fries was not a smart move. don’t think I will visit 5 guys again.

Great burger! Let me explain some helpful tips first: 1. Burgers are 1/3lb 2. The regular burgers are double parties . 3. The LITTLE burgers are single patties. 4. Leave the foil on burger to hold it all together or it will end up on the table. 5. Make good use of all the FREE toppings 6. GET A LOTOFNAPKINS 7. Enjoy some roasted in the shell peanuts while you wait for your food. 8. Use the malt vinegar on your fresh cut fries(they blow In and Out of the map) thick cut, very hearty. 9. Large fries are VERYLARGE, enough for three. 10. IFYOUORSOMEONEDEARHAS A NUTALLERGY; NOTTHEPLACEFORYOU. Peanut debris and shells everywhere. Not cheap. But really enjoyed the experience. Will return.

No wonder nobody in California likes five guys. The joy of five guys is getting an exorbitant amount of French fries. We ordered a large and got the equivalent of a McDonald’s small. Nobody pays $ 5 for that. If you’re going to five guys, you’re going because it’s your diet cheat day… and everybody knows that five guys is supposed to provide you more fries than you can possibly consume. This five guys has severely let me down.

Average burgers, fries seemed soggy so I’d skip them. Cost is more than you would spend at in and out burger.

Fantastic place to get a burger, clean and fast. Very friendly customer service. Need a place to stop on the run and sick of the fast food chains. Then this is the place.

Pretty ordinary hamburgers, nothing to get excited about. Service is okay but you do have to wait a while for your food. The whole decorating theme is bags of peanuts stacked up and lots of articles about how great Five Guys is. I love burgers but I doubt I’ll go back, because the food isn’t any better than something you’d get from a drive thru.

I must just have gotten a bad burger. It was terrible!!! The meat kept of falling out and it has a old stale taste to it. I was on a quick lunch break and did not even have the time to go let them know of the situation and just ended up trashing the food. I will not be coming back here.

After eating here a few times, I have enjoyed the burgers that I ordered. The amount of fries that I get here is always worth the money, and I love it when it is served all over the inside of the bag that it comes in. Like many of these other places, you can order it bunless, and the burger is still great. The only things I must say about this place is that I always prefer eating my fries with mustard instead of ketchup, and getting mustard for my fries is not instantly as accessible as getting ketchup or vinegar. Also, if one is going here, he or she must be aware of how much money to set aside. Expect to spend around $ 30 for a nice sized meal for two people. This is always a great place to be in terms of flavor and quality though.

Solid burger. Like the ability to customize. Peanuts to snack on and they have useless soda… Caffeine free diet coke.

I visited this Five Guys location when it wasn’t too busy(thank God). My first impression of this place, upon walking into the establishment, is that this is by far one of the smallest Five Guys locations that I’ve ever stepped foot in. The are a decent amount of tables to dine at; however, I’m sure once the place gets fairly busy they run out of seating in no time. Anyway, the service here is about average. I love how the guy packed my meal to go when I specifically told him that I would be dining there when i ordered my meal at the cash register. I didn’t complain or anything, since I wasn’t sure if I would finish my little cheeseburger anyway. The food was about average too. My burger reminded me of the bland burger from Five Guys in Sacramento years back. Overall, I honestly can’t say that I’m impressed with this Five Guys location. Although I prefer both Nation’s and In-n-out over Five Guys, I was at least expecting something a little better than what I received(burger wise that is). I would only dine at this location again if I were hella hungry and in the area.

Great place to swing by for burgers and fries. I love that you can customize your burger. They’re always generous with the fries and the complimentary peanuts are a bonus!

Besides In-N-Out, this the other go-to burger spot. Ordered«all the way» on both little cheeseburger and little bacon cheeseburger with large cajun fries. Dislike it when it gets messy because the burgers come apart halfway. Tip, eat the burger in its wrapper to prevent this. Do love how they always overflow their cup of fries. Plus, it’s convenient that they do phone orders and the wait time is ~5−10 minutes. Don’t forget to eat the free peanuts while waiting!

Pros: accepts credit, great tasting food, complimentary peanuts Cons: somewhat pricey(easily overlooked) My family and I tried Five Guys for the first time last Wednesday in the early evening, maybe around 4 p.m. There was only two other diners in the establishment at the time. The menu is very simple to read and my family and I just tried their hamburgers with«everything on it,» and also their large fries. I would have to say that In n Out has some serious competition after trying Five Guys. Though being a little more expensive than In N Out, Five Guys is not so bad as an alternative. Their burgers are delicious and their fries are plentiful and nice and crispy. The complimentary peanuts are just an extra bonus! Overall, I can see myself coming to Five Guys and trying out different customizations to see which I prefer most. The bathrooms were also very clean, much cleaner than I imagined them they would be.

The family ordered burgers and fries. Their fries are the best ever! They are just the right crunchy and are well seasoned. Their burgers are juicy, meaty and we’ll seasoned. An all around great place for a quick burger.

I used to love going here. It was rare, like once every couple of months, but I enjoyed the food… especially the Cajun fries. Two months ago after a year-long dry spell, I went back and got my usual: bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries. The burger was good(although I still prefer In-n-out) but I was sooo disappointed in the fries. They were undercooked and just plain gross. I thought maybe the guy was new. Today I went and noticed the same guy working as the fry cook. I hoped he had improved but no such luck. The fries were undercooked and I was disappointed yet again. Maybe I’m supposed to specify that I want them crispy… or at least cooked? I don’t know but I won’t be going back there for a long while. $ 15 for a meal is a bit much to throw what should be the best part away. They weren’t very busy. There were 2 people ahead of me and 2 more came in after me. If you do happen to give them a try despite this review, I don’t recommend going on your lunch break. My wait times average about 13 minutes. That’s not much time to eat your meal with the travel and wait times if you only have 30 minutes.
