Steve was awesome. He met us at Camping World, where we were having a repair completed. He took the phone to replace the totally cracked screen, checked the frame to be sure he could offer the lifetime warranty, then returned it beautifully fixed. Yay!

Steve was awesome! Met me at my local coffee shop and fixed my phone. He was very nice and we chatted the entire time. I highly recommend him. My phone works great and although I hope to never crack it again and be have to use Steve, yet I will be calling Steve if i am clumsy again. Thanks Steve!
