My AC stopped blowing cold air on a 97 degree day… I called Kazen and got a quick answer and an appointment for later that day. Matt checked out the problem, fixed/​replaced what was needed, and inspected my inside home filters to see if they needed replacing (they didn’t) and shared what other services he offered. It was a pleasant experience all the way around.

Our AC stopped working on the hottest day. We called Kazen heating and air and i am so glad i did. He was able to come to my house on the same day, looked at the unit said oh this is easy. He happened to have the parts he needed to fix it in his truck! Thats service!!! Not even 20 min later he is gone and my AC is on and working perfectly! Thank you Matt
