EXCELLENT customer service. Very genuine and friendly staff-you can tell they love their job. Great men and women’s shoe selection-KC had every shoe in which my husband was interested in his size which rarely happens. Clean and well organized store! Tons of amazingly discounted priced pieces! I was disappointed at some of the other stores near KC(BCBG, CK, Adidas) because their items weren’t as discounted as I hoped. KC had everything on clearance-denim for only $ 20! We left very happy and will be back for sure.

Really — it’ not a mirage? I am so super excited that there is a Kenneth Cole Outlet store here in Vacaville, the Napa Outlet was super small, and so are the KC stores in the various malls you find them in. Being a KC brand Diva, I don’t really find my size much because of they make clothing for the European build, and not American build. I was surprised to locate shirts that fit me, and don’t shrink when washed.

Nope! Never again! Apparel is very poorly made. Most of its made in China. I have bought many items from here and they all fall apart. The store mgr is an idiot! He’s so worried about conversing rather than making sure all customers are being properly cared for.(full retail from now on)

This is the worst service I ever encountered. We purchased something and presented the cashier a coupon. The coupon offers 15% discount for any one item. There is no place saying that it cannot be combined with sale item, But only say some restrictions may apply. The cashier refuse to accept the coupon and not very polite. We really do not care about the coupon, but this place seem to always do that. Instead of saying«regular price only», their coupon always give people wrong impression that you can use it on «ANY» items. Except«Any» item practically becomes no items if you happen to go in with storewide sale. I think they are just cheating people to enter their store. Since we do not bring enough cash for the day, we want to break a $ 20 bill to smaller bill as we want to use a vending machine nearby and it does not accept $ 20 bill. The cashier not only refuse us to break the bill, there is one guy simply said, we only go to the bank on Monday. Come on, they only care about their profit and will not do their customer even the smallest amount of favor. We eventually had to pay cash for the transaction so we can have a few dollars back to use for the rest of the day. I hope the store can train their employees to be more polite to the customers and also have some heart in case customer ask for a small flavor. I do not believe helping me to break a $ 20 bill will run out their smaller bill for the day. I am not to going to ask for 20 $ 1 bills. But they did not even interested in how I want to break it but just refuse it. I think this is a very simple message, the store does not care about customer’s feelings. Then it does not want my business. Big mistake for them as I am a big spender on Kenneth Cole. Well, not anymore!

There is not much of a selection at this location but the sales are normally good IF you actually find something. I found a dress shirt for $ 12 bucks and you definitely can’t beat that!

The selection here is horrible. The selection for watches is actually decent but they cost about the same as new Kenneth Cole watch.

As soon as I walk in, I am like… OOOOOOOHPREEEEETY! Yeah, this is the place to be if you want to look good and not pay through the nose, ears, mouth or any other body part that has some sort of orifice. The leather goods are top notch, shirts, slacks, etc are very runway. Now all I need is a model-like shopping buddy to convince me that I too should look like him.
