This isn’t as good as it gets for me because most of these clothes look like they are for pre-med students and tennis players of the ethnically very white sort. But I did like one article of clothing here, and the staff and store were SURPRISINGLYPLEASANT to shop at. Which I think deserves a round-up. I am sort of a traditional dresser. I like simple and plain clothes that make me look thin. Better still, I like all of my clothes to be black. But most important of all I need my clothes to look exactly like what I am envisioning that they SHOULD look like in my head. This is why my four year old is the only person that’s really willing to go shopping with me. Well I looked all over the internet and dragged my sister all over Union Square looking for«the one.» It is April, so stores are fresh out of coats. But you know me, I’m not a quitter and plus I am hoping to take a nice trip to Seattle with my sister and my daughter once Sacramento gets too hellish. I am dreading this 2014 Summer and planning accordingly. Time to «calendar» as Sunny uses the word-as a verb. So I found the right-looking coat, at Tommy Hilfiger online, for a mere 150ish, but only in XL. So I called the outlet store in Folsom(only XLs) and then this one in Vacaville. The service was outstanding. Both associates understood exactly which coat I wanted from what little I could explain from the internet. The associate, Amanda, held my size and the other sizes she had in the style I liked in her office, and she set them up in a fitting room. She knew exactly who I was when I arrived, which was really something else for me, that was impressive. The associate I talked to in Folsom was equally professional and sincere on the phone. I am impressed by these associates which are not the norm, just so you know. Outlet employees aren’t usually this amazing. This is why I am saying this is 5 stars. I mean, these people saved me a lot of time running all over Northern CA for a damn coat. And by the way, the damn coat was less than 60 $, a fraction of the usual price and the internet«clearance» price. For some reason the price quoted to me at the Folsom store was less than what the coat rang up as at the Vacaville store, and the employee adjusted the price quickly without embarrassing me or calling the price adjustment bomb squad. This was streamlined, which is important to me because I am not getting any younger. This was a good experience. I won’t avoid this store like the plague any more simply because of the very WASP-y style they have going on. I love the coat, I could not be more pleased with the color, quality, or the price, and the service really knocked this out of the park. A+!

There was a big crowd of tourists from Asia purchasing tons of stuff, glad the economy is picking up a tad… We bought some tops and the service was ok… the set up to the register is weird… you will understand if you go, the lady had the audacity to tell me there was a line to pay when all the customers were just trying the sunglasses and hogged up the front counter space…
