I’m so happy I don’t have to drive all the way to Roseville or Folsom now that there’s a Saks Off 5th in Vacaville.
I had an item I needed to return/​exchange but I purchased the item over 30 days ago. Their receipt states that items can only be returned/​exchanged within 30 days. It was about 5 days over the 30 day period and fortunately, they were kind enough to allow me to exchange the items.
This Saks off is smaller than others I’ve been to. Employees are extremely nice and the store is very clean and organized. The display of high-​end handbags and jewelry was impressive. I will definitely be here on a monthly basis.

This was my first visit to this store. There weren’t many customers nor many sales people at noon during the week. Weekends may be different. The items that were not on clearance were very pricey, but there was a large amount of things that were reduced to clearance prices, which were good prices. I found it difficult to shop though because sizes were in the incorrect places and the racks were messy. It is just after the Holidays so I will go back in a couple of months to see if I have a better experience and a better view of the store.
