Always great service will never buy glasses anyplace else. Great selection and service always willing to answer all my questions and help me find the best glasses that will fit properly and look good. My family and I walked in searching for sunglasses for the entire family. Being a hot day, my son had a cup of shaved ice that was nearly empty. Not only being greeted in an unfriendly manner, we were asked to leave the store because«none of that was allowed in the store». I asked why and no explanation was given other than«it’s our policy». Immediately after being turned away a couple walked in with a Starbucks and were greeted and not asked to leave. What happened there? Whatever food and drink rule they had in place was obviously not being enforced equally to their customers. I am highly offended by their selective treatment and lack of the courtesy of explaining themselves. I will NOT consider shopping here and will encourage everyone else to do the same.

I walked in and was so overwhelmed by all the choices and sales going on. There was only one girl working the entire store, her name was Brittany. She made sure all customers were being helped. She helped me find the perfect frame to compliment my face and even stayed in a decent price range. She was very helpful and even took down my information to contact me when my «wish list» pair go on sale. What awesome service.

I lost my Coach sunglasses in Portland last month so I stopped by the outlets to pick up another pair. For some reason I stopped into Soltice. Outlet not sure what to expect. I was delighted to find an awesome sale going on on their Gucci.shades. 50% off with an additional 20% off! I found a beautiful pair golden square frame pair that I instantly fell in love with. Of course the Gucci. Embossed brown leather case was a plus. I found another pair on a random clearance rack that were gold wire Max Maras. They had other brands such as Kate Spade, Guess and others on this rack. They were marked down to $ 35 with additional 50% off. Of course I swooped these up with out thinking twice. The gentleman helping me was friendly and put my selections on a tray to help me decide. I chose the two pairs and was shocked that with all the discounts that I was able to get both pairs for $ 115 after taxes! !! Now this what an outlet is supposed to be ! The sales person cleaned both pairs and wrapped them up for me. Oh I did return the Coach glasses that i had bought earlier and even their sales people agreed that I got an awesome deal at Solstice.

Customer service tip #1: always greet your customers at the door. Customer service tip #2: leave your drama at the door or at home. No one wants to hear you talk to your co-worker about last night’s drama! Customer service tip #3: at some point, ask your customer if there is anything that he/she is looking for in particular. Customer service tip #4: let the customers know what the sale is at this time… especially if you’re working at an outlet. Horrible service… not a good selection of sunglasses… no idea what the sale was… I did get ample info about the employee’s current drama. 1 star.

High five to Brittany, the super awesome gal who helped me find my perfect sunglasses. I knew I would take forever since I’m picky and have a huge head, but she was patient w/me and when the store got extremely busy and she had to help others, she apologized profusely the whole time when she didn’t really need to. Customer service should always be this great! Thank you!
