Thought that the service was okay until today I caught two girls talking and snickering about me. I only new because they were smiling and carrying on in their native language and when I looked at on she looked guilty and mean. Really? I thought high school was over bitches?

Not sure how they get away with it, but this location has NO rest room. Never was able to try to the food here, had a baseball team with me and a rest room was necessary.

My husband went to get us sandwiches on a Sun. evening. The girl that came out from the back was aloof, did not smile or greet him. He told her what he wanted and she said it was unavailable so he asked for a second choice. He is hard of hearing and asked her to please repeat what she said in return. She shouted at him and was obviously annoyed so he just said nevermind and left. He is hard of hearing, not stupid, not deaf. This was his first and last time at this subway. When your only job is to wait on people, try to be nice. If you are having a bad day, suck it up or stay home, don’t take it out on customers. The Subway on Leisure Town Rd at Orange Dr. is always nice and friendly. We will not waste our time at this one every again.

I love the service! This is the only subway I’ll ever go to in vacaville! Manger is always friendly and asks me but my day! The food is delicious and I’m never disappointed! I give this location 100 stars if I could for Unilocal

Their prices are a lie. I ordered the steak egg and cheese breakfast sub this morning and she charged me $ 7.50. The sign on the board clearly states $ 5.50. Her response was that the system decides on what price to charge. Ummm I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t like seeing one price and being charged a 26% up charge because the computer felt like it. Will not be coming back due to this dishonest business practice.

Poor guy working all alone taking care of everyone! He does a great job but come on don’t leave him alone when you have people in line and coming in all the time. I go to this location a lot due to working 2 doors down. Every time that I go I get Joey, Charles, Anthony, Nick and another gentlemen but today some girl(ASSISTANTMANAGER) rude as heck, does nothing at all and to my knowledge walks out and leaves someone alone to handle all these clients alone… Can we say time to fire the lady!!! ONESTARFORHER! I give the boy 5 and all the other guys there!

Just okay. I enjoy eating at Subway and most are pretty much the same. The only real complaint that I have is that they tend to skimp on the veggies! My brother and I both had to ask for more vegetables because they barely put any on!

Totally disappointed and will not support them again. I love subway, know what I’m going to get and have supported Subway in general, however tonight I ordered the same sandwiches I always get. Had to repeat the order twice before the clerk/server got it, then he barely adds veggies/toppings. I got rung up for my order($ 12.96) and presented a 10% coupon that he rings up and the total comes to $ 12.39. Pointing the error out to him he proceeds to argue with me that it is a 10% discount. Told him to cancel the transaction and start over again. As he rings up the order I noticed he only applies a 5% discount. Again I point this out to him and he still argues. After explaining to him again in simple math he still claim it is a 10% discount and refuse to correct the error. This is the third time I had issues at this store with the same server(Got charged more than advertised price for food and after huge argument I got the right price). I called the owner and he told me he can be at the store in 20 min(does he want me to wait for him). Then he tells me he will check the register for correctness but does not offer to correct the price. After I told him that is unacceptable he offered to call the clerk and have the discount applied. Told him not to worry about it and that I will not support his store again. Good customer service would have offered a better discount for such inconvenience.

Subway is Subway and you know what you’re going to get. However, today the person that waited on me was very nice, courteous and friendly. Can’t guarantee it’ll be that way when you go, but it was very a very refreshing and enjoyable experience!

They have bad customer service. They’ll keep asking you if your ready to order, then when you are ready they’ll be super slow to prepare it(as in forever for just one sandwich) I like subway but this place doesn’t make me want to go anymore.

This place is horrible… Ive lived next to it since i was in grade school its always been horrible… They give out spizzly portions and if you ask for extra meat they charge you 1.50 for like a tiny liltttle bit extra… Cant blame the staff for not caring after all would you care if you worked at subway?

Awesome! Ive always enjoyed subway and now there’s one so near! 5 dollar footlong for the win. Good amount of veggies. Will most likely visit again soon.
