This is by far the worst subway ever. All your employees look super sad and depressed. They are also really slow at making sandwiches. Get better employees who will appreciate the money you guys are paying them.

Small… This place has 3 tables all crammed together, so dinning in is not really an option unless your lucky enough to get a table. Yet… for some reason they still ask«For here or to-go?». What, are you blind? Can’t you see there is no place to sit. Not the cleanest Subway either.

At the Subway the staff is incredibly inconsiderate and rude. I love subway and have eaten at various restaurants all over the world. When I walked in the employee behind the counter was talking with the other staff member about how they were going to drop some acid. This larger-than-life lady looked past me as if I wasn’t even in line. Not really a big deal because I just want my sandwich, but then I asked her about the veggie delight and about the number of cheese slices that I would normally get. Clearly a bad choice on my part! In most subway locations a veggie sandwich would normally get double the cheese squares. I know this because every subway I have gone to and they agree. As she proceeded her conversation about dropping acid, I quickly realized that I wasn’t going to get my extra cheese slices not normally a big deal but I really like the pepper jack cheese. After I repeated my veggie list three times she still didn’t give me exactly what I ordered-immediately then gave up. Lessons learned that day: 1. Don’t go to Subway in Vacaville at the outlets. 2. When someone says all I want is my freaking pepper jack cheese, you better give them the pepper jack cheese they deserve! And their freaking pepper jack cheese.

Been here a couple of times when visited the outlets. If you’re looking for a quick bite, friendly staff and awesome prices! Definitely come here. Going into the outlet food court the fast food options seem to have raised the prices of how much fast food would cost if you went out of the outlet area into a actual fast food chain.

Mixed feeling here: Broken toaster and friendly staff. Then he forgot my napkins. Avoid the dirty restroom(can you say brown smear on the floor). Awesome cookies made up for the negatives. Oh 10% off using your VIP savings book that you get with AAA membership card a few doors down in the visitors’ office by the restroom.

This shop is Ok, it’s in the shopping center so it’s easy to get a bite to eat and the public restrooms are also near by.

Not up to par to the other Subway sandwich shops that I visit. The staff in both their demeanor don’t make me feel like they care about my sandwich or me as a customer. The sandwich was ok. It feels like they left some of the meat off it though. I think subway either has stopped training their sandwich makers a good way to make the sandwiches as they sauce as of late is always on the outside of the sandwich.

This has got to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. First they didn’t give me my change. Then I asked for a cup to use for water and they said they don’t have any. So just I asked if I could just use a soda cup and the cashier said yes. While I was holding the cup, this jerko employee butted in and said«no you can’t do that» in a sneering way and asked me to return the cup. So I started to eat without any drink. I was wondering about the exorbitant amount that I paid so I examined my receipt and found that they charged me for an extra sandwich that I didn’t order. When I complained to the cashier, the same jerk employee asked«well how do I know you’re telling the truth?». I wanted to hit him but kept my cool and told him he just denied my request for a cup of water a few minutes ago so it had not been long since I paid and the cashier should remember me. He suddenly remembered himself and had to ask his manager how to refund my money. After I got my money, I also asked for the change that they didn’t give me. As I headed back to my table to finish my sandwich he approached me and asked if they can have my receipt. I guess they don’t want any evidence against them, but I didn’t care at that point and gave it to him. So there you go… I ate my sandwich with no water, got overcharged and disrespected as a customer. If I can give them 10 negative stars, it would still be a high rating for them. I’ve read other people’s experience with this store and wonder why no action has been taken to improve their service.

This subway is okay… The customer service left something to be desired and it was super, ridiculously crowded. I would not recommend stopping here on a weekend.

I do not recommend stopping at this Subway. I went there last weekend and ordered my sandwich. Well, guess they mixed the sandwiches up because I got all the way on the freeway, opened my sandwich up, and discovered it wasn’t mine!!! I had to get off the freeway and spend about 20 minutes getting back to the location. Then I had to repeat my whole order and wait for a new sandwich. When I complained to the owner and suggested they mark the sandwiches… he offered me a cookie! LMAO!!!
