I could’ve made a better salad using the dead grass from my neighbors lawn. Brown & wilted romaine lettuce, literally only a few drops of salad dressing in the dressing containers & the salad itself was just small and unappealing. I ordered online(supposedly called«rapid online order»). Nothing about it was rapid. I ordered at 4:37pm on a Sunday evening & arrived at 4:50pm to a bag that was missing both of the fruit cups I ordered. Apparently they forgot about them & I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to be made. When they were brought out they consisted of pineapple shavings, a few blueberries and some cantaloupe. I paid like $ 1.40 extra for this? No. Won’t be returning. Ever.

I’m a frequent visitor to this location since it’s near my job. I head over for a drink fm during my breaks. I ordered my drink, but stood around for the entire duration of my break and still no drink. I had to ask for a refund since the gentleman behind the bar was new and not one team member joined in to assist. I left with no drink, and I don’t think I’ll be spending my money there again.

By far the worst Panera I have come across when it comes to food ordering line. Employees are busy chit chatting, or busy texting while customers wait in line. The service after the order is quick and courteous. The restaurant is reasonable clean. The Panera needs the tablet based ordering systems fast.

Pretty disappointed with this particular location. I can’t complain about the friendliness of service, since every worker was smiling and friendly and quick to help. However, my order ended up wrong after I really painstakingly cleared it with the cashier. We did not receive a choice between the sides of bread, chips, or an apple. Also, the women’s restroom was not maintained and was absolutely filthy, with soggy paper towels and dirt and — for heaven’s sake — spilled ice cubes on the floor that I skidded on. The tables were also dirty, the temperature was freezing inside, and a section of the ceiling seemed to be(artistically??) sliding down. I’d opt out for the Pieology across the street.

Yeah… It’s Panera Bread. It’s going to be pastries, and bread, and soup, salad, sandwiches. Ordering and acquiring your food is always a really super big hassle. There’s the ordering line and then the buzzers and that always takes super long, and you are sure that they lost your order. Also, understanding the flipping menu takes a translators. There are different meal options but only some items are compatible with certain comos and meal situations. And there are like 4 different sandwich lists. I really still don’t get it and I feel like an idiot every time I order. Oh well. As far as the food goes, it really is pretty good for a chain. I would pick Panera over most chain options. My husband likes it too. I would do 3.5 stars if I could, but since I can’t and because the food is generally good, I rounded up, even though I experience ordering trauma pretty much every time. Oh well. Hopefully other people have better experiences.

I’d heard so much about this chain, so when I finally had an opportunity to try it out, I was stoked. The mac and cheese was dang tasty and really hit the spot. The bacon turkey sandwich was disappointing. First of all, if I’m going to order bacon on anything, it better be real bacon, not this wafer-thin, ¼ inch wide pre-cooked microwavable bacon wanna-be that they slapped onto my sandwich. Lesson learned. You order your food, pay for it, walk away with your number on a little metal stand, then sit down and wait for someone to deliver your food. Service was quick and friendly. Probably one of my favorite places in town. Love the Asian sesame chicken salad, broccoli cheese soup, chocolate chip muffies, and cinnamon crunch bagel. Service is always good and food is always great! I come at least once a week.

The full classic salad was less then half full. The grilled cheese was soggy and undercooked. Service was slow and it was not even busy. Not a cheap place to eat… so the food should be decent and if you order the full salad you should get a full salad not less then half a order.

This is a solid Panera location. I’ve never had any issues, the food is good and always fast. If there is a line the manager/shift lead will hop on a register to help out. And they have a newer employee that runs the food and cleans up –she has really great customer service.

Stopped here on our way home back from Vacation in Oregon. I understand that it could be a long day… But this store has one of the worst customer service I ever experienced. Carolyn — if you’re having a bad day, just go home. Otherwise, if you’re clocked in, please do your job. Carolyn purposely made us choose the bread as a side order as she didn’t have the patient to let us know the other options. Oh and on top of that, she got our orders wrong! It’s fortunate that I don’t live in the area. And if you do, please try another Panera bread that’s in different location. Perhaps, far away from Vacaville.

Sandwich was quite good. Also, impressed with the unsweetened iced teas. From the mango to the tropical hibiscus, they were just delightful across the board. Toothpicks pierced my sandwich too aggressively.

Well I normally would not take the time to write a negative review but… with the way I was just treated warrants it! I called in my order and the girl took it. I asked her if she could also put in my Panera Membership number and she assured me she would. So I got to the restaurant and was paying for my food when I asked the cashier if I had been given credit on my Panera Membership Card. She said no and there was nothing she could do about it now! I then asked which cashier had taken my phone call and Kelsi on the far left said she did. She said, «Oh, I forgot to put in your number. You can do it yourself on the website.» And that was it! No, «I am so sorry I forgot let me get my Manager and fix that for you!» Nope! They just all looked at me and said«We can’t do anything about this now! «I asked if they could just void my order and re ring it… nope! Like I said normally I wouldn’t care but their attitude was so bad and they really didn’t want to do anything to make the situation right! All the people behind me were getting irritated it was taking so long so I just got my stuff and left. Any restaurant that is trying to keep customers coming back with a rewards program should do everything they can to support their customers and if they make a mistake… FIXITTHERE! Don’t make your poor customer go home and have to get on the website themselves to do it! I will seriously have to rethink if I will ever go there again!

I love Panera bread for a lot of reasons but mainly because of their soufflés which they have available only very early in the morning. So if you’re a late riser you’re probably out of luck!!! They can run out pretty quickly as I got the last one and it wasn’t even eight in the morning yet! When you first walk into Panera it can be pretty tempting as what I see I want! Whether it is cinnamon roll, orange scone, bear claw or a carrot cake muffin. Whatever poison you pick I’m sure you would be happy with it as I have rarely been dissatisfied with them. Their salads are pretty decent but I know when it is wintertime… OMG you must try their marvelous and yummy hot chocolate! My HB’s fave is their soup in a bread bowl. I usually try to get a bite out of that as it’s usually too much for me to eat all of that together!!! Now that’s something to look forward to probably in about three months!!! The only piece of advice is never come here on the morning of Mother’s Day! I made that mistake a couple months ago and the line was almost out the door!!! I guess too many HBs had the same idea that morning!!! And I wasn’t thinking logically!!! Got to plan ahead for that weekend because mothers are NOT cooking big time!!! Maybe that’s the time to go cruising!!! See you soon Panera Bread!

Sandwiches, soups, salads, pastries, they have it all! Absolutely love everything I’ve tried thus far. This place is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They have plenty of healthy choices, that leave your taste buds happy without the guilt. My favorite is the pick 2: Greek salad and broccoli cheddar/French onion soup with bread. Sign up for a free Panera card… You get lots of rewards like discounted or free pastries ;)

The menu at Panera bread always seems a bit more confusing than it needs to be. They could do some work to simplify how you order here. That being said, the food is usually very tasty for what you get. Split a «choose 2» meal with the broccoli cheese soup, half sandwich, and added a half salad. A bit too much dressing on the salad, and the cobb salad’s dressing is more like a sweet, poppyseed dress with blue cheese than a blue cheese dressing, FYI. Things come out fast and are delivered to your seat in the«dining room.» This location is conveniently located across the freeway from the Vacaville outlets, so is a nice alternative to the food court there.

Driving from Davis to the Bay Area, I didn’t think it would be super busy on a Saturday morning but their line was to the door! Yet the workers were prompt and still had smiles on their faces. For $ 2.79, I got a toasted cinnamon crunch bagel with chives and onion cream cheese.(If you dine in, it’s like a quarter more) It sounds like an odd mix but I very much enjoyed it. It’s a best of both worlds: sweet and savory! I got a sip of my friend’s iced green tea and it was so refreshing! It reminded me of a less sugary Capri Sun. I had work at 11am but we were here in Vacaville taking our sweet time enjoying our breakfast. Then I realized the time and so we had to rush out to get going. I ended up only being late 5 minutes, so I have no regrets whatsoever. It was well worth the pleasant breakfast at Panera.
