Nightmarish customer service and horrific organization. The fleet of inept employees behind the register was made worse only by their complete and utter ambivalence to the customer’s presence. Add to that the utter cluster f – k of food ordering lines and I cannot imagine how something this bad actually exists. If there were some way to pay in order to give negative stars, I would. And the ice cream itself was garbage. This is the 9 – 11 of frozen yogurts.

The vegan version of yogurt has been available since August 2013. According to the TCBY website it is offered in all 400 locations. The last time I stopped into this particular store, they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for it. Since I was at the mall today and it was a scorching 108 degrees, I decided to give it another try. Again, according to their website the Vacaville store is considered full service so should carry it. Though there is no mention of it in their website menu. I went in and after some confusion figured out where I was supposed to go to order. I asked for the vegan version and was told that they have 4 flavors and are out of all of them! Are you kidding me? So I used their free WIFI and looked up the Fairfield store on the TCBY website. I decided I had better call before I end up on a wild goose chase. Well, guess what? The number is disconnected and no longer in service. If this is the way you plan to attract more customers by offering a compassionate option, I can guarantee you are doing it all wrong!

Sadly there aren’t many TCBY’s left around the North Bay area. So when I get a craving I come over to Vacaville to get my fix. This place is inside the food court for the Vacaville outlets. This place isn’t spectacular by any means but it sure does hit the spot. You really have to have a craving if you trek out here. The employee’s aren’t the friendliest people, and for the most part appear to be bothered by you. Might be because they services all the food area. I always go for the white chocolate mousse froyo, and it tastes exactly like I remember back in middle school and a small looks like a medium to me, so its all good to me.

Go to Cultive… worth driving an extra few minutes. Totally disappointed with TCBY. Took my son there to get some birthday yogurt. Not only was the yogurt nasty(white chocolate truffle something) but nobody appeared to want to help, we had to stand around at two different spots to place an order. Things are mixed up between the deli, Taco Bell and TCBY. Don’t waste your time here…

TCBY was around before frozen yogurt became a trend but I don’t recall every having it. On a hot day in northern California, this is really what you need. Although they only had 3 flavors I made it simple and had chocolate and vanilla. It didn’t have as creamy of a texture as a lot of the other fro yo out there but it still satisfied my craving and cooled me down. The price seemed a little high at $ 9 for a small and a medium but to avoid the heat it was worth it.

I actually dont see many TCBYs around anymore. :(I used to get the cotton candy ice cream on my way up from socal when I was a kid. 2.99 for a «small» which was like two scoops. Not to bad I guess. I really like the cotton candy ice cream but maybe my nostalgia is making me biased. I did notice some pieces of icy parts in the blue section of the cotton candy ice cream but I was still happy. They used to have a kid size but I dont see it available at this tcby.

This place is weird. You SEETCBY, but its actually a burger joint/Taco Bell/TCBY/coffee shop all in one. We were originally going for yogurt, but it started to rain! what a mood ruiner. So we had Taco Bell’s cinnamon twists and the coffee shops coffee, all made by the same people. $ 10! i missed the sign that said Wednesday Cones 99cents. Darn, we didnt even finish the coffees, too sweet.

After a long morning of shopping I stopped by this tcby to get a refreshing and delicious froyo fix. This place is located in the mini food court area where theres a taco bell, deli, and kristen’s coffee. The lines to order from each of the different choices are the same so it is a bit hectic. Anyway, I ordered a small cup with half orange sherbet and vanilla and it was pretty big. It also tasted very good and mixed together it tasted like an orange dreamcicle. It was $ 3.26 and well worth it, especially for the amount they gave. Overall tcby is good in my book.
