terrible place
i shopped here once and got a tillys card with a decent amount of pointsbut the card never worked and was never able to «get» the poiints so i was never able to use them, i called the corporate office and was told the problem would be slved and to expect a call, the problem was neve solved and i never got a call back.
clothing is very low quality and poorly made, as well as overpriced as hell, the clothing only lasts a few uses (about 4 months)
store plays loud annoying music
clothing does not fit, im 5ft2in and 125 youd think things would fit and they dont at all.

I really like this store because it’s an outlet that has a lot of clearance items all the time! One time I got a buy one get one free jackets that were in the clearance rack. I ended up paying $ 30 for both of the jackets and they were raincoats so that was such a steal!
The only thing about this place is that the merchandise on regular price is really pricey. I usually stop by this store on my way home/​to Davis just to check out this clearance rack.
Sometimes I find something and sometimes I don’t, but usually when I do, it’s a great steal.
This location has a lot of caring employees that greet you when you come inside and help you to a dressing room.

Workers are worthless, the cashier swiped my card 4 times and said it would only charge once and when I got home and checked I had been charged the 4 times which made my total 250! I called the store and asked how this is going to get fixed and the cashier told me this was not her problem.

It’s hit or miss with customer service. When you walk in, you’ll get maybe 1 person to greet you or no one at all. If you get near an associate as you’re browsing the racks (whether they’re straightening up or walking by), they won’t acknowledge you at all. Maybe they’ll glance your way to see if you even notice them but they won’t say anything to you at all unless you’re walking towards them with a question.
It can be cheaper at times than Pac Sun, but with the Pac Sun and Hurley outlet across the freeway in the outlets, there’s competition nearby.
No military discount. :(boo.

Awesome place with great prices! Love shopping for my tween and teen here. There are tons of name brands and you don’t have to dig to find them. Plenty of dressing rooms and inventory. Can’t wait to check it out again for fall and winter clothes!

Never been in a Tilly’s before, just found out that its a chain… basically they have all of the same stuff you might find in a Pac Sun or Anchor Blue type store plus more, and cheaper. Since I have not been to other Tilly’s stores I don’t know if they are all this size, but the one in Vacaville seems particularly large.
The girl stuff wasn’t all that great in my opinion, but they had tons of great stuff for dressing your Nor Cal Douchey boyfriend. Skin, Famous, DC, SRH, Hurley, Fox, Quicksilver, etc. and surprisingly everything seems to be lower in price than you might find on the same stuff at other clothing stores like the ones I mentioned before.
