If you are thinking if using Travis CU as your bank, do not walk, RUN away. Every since they took over Metro CU, their service has been AWFUL! 1) As a customer you CANNOT get them on the phone, 2) I just looked at my Travis bill pay site and EVERY SINGLE CHECKI have written in the past months now shows it is written to ELECTRONIC CHECK… I therefore do not know whom I have paid. 3) Travis CU DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Svetlana and others on this TCU review. I don’t want to say this but I will… wait until something horrible happens to your financial position and see whether TCU will be «there» for you! Our story ended up with us losing our home because TCU simply wouldn’t be patient and work with us. We started with TCU in the early 1990’s with it was T Federal CU and it WAS great back then. 2012 was a horrible year for us, but since then, we’re bounced back better than before without TCU! The one star I gave is one star too many.

This is absolutely the best place to get your mortgage and/​or refinance. Travis was recommended to us at my work. They helped us to refinance our loan. Everything was very organized, and closing cost and all fees were zero, as promised. We switched from RPM mortgage (and also from BoA), never looked back. These are people who keep their word to the letter! All emails are answered immediately. Highly recommend them. We used Eleazar «Sonny» Yambao, when he was away, his boss was extremely helpful. I have no words, but thank you, thank you, thank you!

Love Travis, switched from BofA to here and never looked back this particular branch is the one I go to most given that it is really close to my house but still I love the staff and melissa who is a teller is very helpful, very fast and experienced. She is always pleasant and is my fav all the other staff are equally as friendly and very experienced.

Always been great for me.
I think I’ve been with Travis Credit Union for 3 – 4 years now and they’ve been great! I first switched to here so I could refinance my car with them. They lowered my payments by $ 100! My payments already weren’t that high compared to most peoples so $ 100 was a lot for me. Everytime someone complains about their car payments to me I tell them to try going here.
The people here are always really polite and helpful with whatever I need too. I don’t think I’ve ever come out of there with something to complain about. Also haven’t ever had any surprise charges on anything here. I’ve banked with a couple other places and this has been the best place by far.
