I’ve been here twice on Saturday mornings. The routines are fun, and easy to follow. Schedule appears to have lots of classes and times available and the price is very reasonable. Studio is clean with a good amount of room, and the students and instructor seem very friendly. The Instructor was very good with giving cues, most moves were repeated 3−4+times throughout a song so if you come a 2nd or 3rd time you probably would catch on pretty easily. The instructor seems to go at a lower/medium impact pace which is good for someone new like me(which may be what she had in mind) but if you want to do something more high impact there are quite a few students who you could follow and you’d get more of a sweat going. I liked it there, would definitely come back and would recommend checking them out.

This was my husband’s and my first ever zumba class, and Julia and Sheila were so welcoming and encouraging! This was an incredible workout with great choreograohy and music. They are passionate about zumba and getting everyone moving. We were able to keep up for the hour-long class, and we will definitely be back! Bring enough water and a towel because they will make you sweat… in a good way!

I’ve been coming to this location for the last several weeks and I’m in love. I’ve attended both the Zumba and Zumba Toning classes in that time and both are a killer workout. Julia and Angela alternate the days they teach, but Sheila instructs on Sunday mornings. All three of these ladies are high energy and get your heart pumping and booty shakin’! On top of being awesome instructors, all three of these ladies took the extra moment to greet me and introduce themselves when they realized they’d never seen me before. That made me feel welcome right away. The other people in the class are friendly as well and I usually chat with one or two of them before class. Considering this was my first Zumba class ever I was nervous I’d have a hard time keeping up with the moves, and my first class I did. After that though, you start to remember the moves and are able to anticipate what’s coming next and get a good workout on top of having fun. The class has people of all sizes and ages and the instructors encourage you to modify the moves to suit your fitness level. If you want to burn 800‑1000 calories in an hour, listen to great music and learn some new moves come show up to a class. Drop ins are only $ 4 for an hour long class or $ 35 gets you a 10 class pass. Worth it! The interior is still being finished, but all the essentials for a studio are there(large mirrors, fans, hardwood floor). I just wish there was a bathroom. Even so, they’ve got a regular customer out of me! UPDATE: Recently learned that they have access to the bathroom at Vacaville Fitness across the way. All you have to do is ask for the pass and make the short walk across the parking lot.
