Who schedules one employee on a Saturday shift at a restaurant? Should have guessed it considering we called ahead and no one answered. The lady was working was beyond slow.

Very unprofessional. There is a young guy who works here, he is rude, childish, and doesnt care at all about cleanliness or customer service. I will NEVER eat here again and i suggest everyone drive that extra few minutes to another location.

Usually love going here, convenient and open late, but lately there’s a new employee that has made it a nasty and embarrassing place. She’s blonde, heavy, and has an eyebrow piercing. She needs to be fired, always messes up my sandwich orders, slams down equipment, and is usually flirting or messing around with her coworkers. It’s so uncomfortable to go there and buy food.

I’m Very often there cuz of the late hours! Actually I’m always happy with ther service even there are often out of Tuna, except for the one Indian guy who is unprofessional and very unfriendly! After I tould him he could be a little nicer he sad it’s my dads restaurant. Seriously??? Anush or anal what ever his name is sucks watch him

Just stopped in here. Staff was friendly enough but couldn’t tell us if there was ice or not. They had only three types of chips(no baked). Out of spinach. They had nothing! Don’t think I will be stopping in again.

Pros: 24 Hours Same as any other subway you go to. Located off the freeway. Cons: Service is lacking. Very high turnaround on staff. Seen several of the employees friends and family just hanging around the restaurant. They seem to always be out of some thing.(maybe due to being open 24 hours?) but when you run out of spinach or tomatoes or even bell peppers, which I’ve had the experience of, its disappointing when you cant get what u want on your sand which. All in all an average Subway at best. I only go there becuase I work about a ½ mile away.

Thank goodness they’re open 24 hours. We were looking for a place to eat after midnight and the only places by our hotel was fast food… then we saw Subway! The guy who served us was nice and friendly, and he seemed passionate about the company. It was a very satisfactory experience, and I recommend them!

When its just one of those days when I’m feeling lazy and just want something fast, cheap and«healthier» I“ll stop in for an occasional foot long. I’ve never had any problems at this location except for maybe a little longer of a wait during their lunch rush. I actually think this Subway is a little better than some of the other ones in the area in that they layer on a little more meat than usual or maybe I’m just lucky. The staff is friendly, ingredients are fresh and venue is clean. I believe they are open 24 hours so if you happen to get hungry in the middle of the night… there’s always Subway– Eat Fresh.

Note: This review is not based on just one experience, but several. I’ve been to this Subway at least a half-dozen times, hoping each time it would get better. It didn’t. Avoid this Subway at all costs – it’s just plain awful. The food is fine. Their sandwiches taste the same as any other Subway in town. Their problem, however, is not the food – it’s the service. The employees are slow, sluggish, and completely indifferent. They never smile, say hello, or appear to give a damn. Whether there is one customer or five customers in front of me, I always seem to wait at least 10 minutes in line. They always seem to be out of something, whether it’s bread, meat, condiments, or whatever, when most other Subways don’t seem to run out as quickly(unless it’s a daily special or something). Finally, they almost always get my order wrong. The younger employees always seem so dazed and incoherent that they forget what your sandwich is before they even get the bread out of the oven. I’ve never had to repeat my order so many times(and my sandwiches are always very simple and uncomplicated)! While this whole review may seem nit-picky, I’m only comparing my experiences here to other Subways. And since I’m trying to steer clear of fast food, I’ve been going to Subway at least 3 times a week for the last few months. So, needless to say, I’ve had my share of experience and I know that it shouldn’t be this bad. If you’re in a hurry, just go out of your way to another Subway up the street. It might take 5 minutes longer to get there, but trust me, you’d be waiting that long in line anyway.
