Stayed here for three nights in August utilizing my Marriott Vacation Club points for a Sunday thru Wednesday. I stayed in the comfy one bedroom in the Douglas building verses the Evergreen Building which is only two bedrooms and on the west side of the resort. My one bedroom was remodeled throughout. The living room contained a sofa bed, a wood burning fireplace and wall mounted flat screen. There were two bathrooms — one with a tub/shower and the other bath, shower stall sink and commode. The kitchen was fully stocked with stove, frig, dishware and even pot & pans. The bedroom that had another sofa bed, plenty of closet space and flat screen. The smaller outdoor patio had views of the forest, private and peaceful. The building contains washing machinea and dryers which were free of charge and located down the hallway on the each floor of the building. Shopping and dinning spots are within minutes of driving from this vacation club or a short 2.5 mile walk to Lionshead or Vail Village where we dined at several solid restaurants. For the amount of points which I deposited my Newport Coast week — 2700 points, the three nights only cost me 350 vacation club points which were a real bargain. I would surely return here again.

I freakin’ LOVE this place! It has it all! Kitchen with dish washer, washer/dryer, guest room with two queen beds and separate bath with shower, large living area with dinning room and fireplace!(SO utilized that fire place!) The master has a large king bed, attached to that room is a large bathroom with jet tub for two ;) and walk in closet. I wanted to LIVE here! Shuttle takes you everywhere you want to go, but it is walking distance to the store and other eateries. Has an indoor/outdoor pool and nice hot tub that we didn’t get to use because I forgot my suit(BOO). Michelle and Reiss(I think) are two of the hotels activities peeps. really nice! We had smores by the stream and fire pit! The view from the room was AMAZE-BALLS! Mountains, snow, the stream… PERFECTION! I wanted a winter wonderland and GOTIT! Will go again for sure! It is a little pricey so it was nice having the friends discount. Can’t wait to go back!

Spotless condo with all the amenities. My son loved the fireplace on a timer and made sure we were toasty warm the entire time. in the past when I’ve rented a condo, there was always some much needed utensil missing, not so here. This place had everything. Very very impressed. The kids loved in the indoor/outdoor pool as well as the hot tubs. My 12 year old wanted to «go workout» the whole time we were there. My hubs had the car one day, so I was without transportation. or so I thought. The property has a very convenient shuttle service that will take you anywhere in the Vail region. He was nice enough to even wait for me while I ran into the grocery store. Absolutely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Update… the Evergreen units have washer/dryer in the two-bedroom and one-bedroom deluxe units. The clubhouse facilities have been remodeled. Not much else has changed… this is a good place a Vail is awesome. :)

Stayed over New Years. The place was pretty nice, big rooms, almost felt like a home. Quite. Only issue we had was that my daughters bed fell apart in the middle of the night. Bed was found to be propped up to make them higher, but not to stable. Other beds were fine.

Helpful staff. Shuttle service was constant and on time. Charter Sports rentals are on-site and competitively priced. We drove around Vail while there to look at other timeshare resorts that were options for us. So glad we ended up here and not at the other ones. The Cedar bldg does have stairs to climb up. As long as you are athletic this shouldn’t be an issue. These units also have the bigger TV screen in the living room in comparison to the newer units/bldgs. We prefer Cedar over other bldgs like Aspen and Birch also because of the proximity to the pool and sauna.

The GF needed to use some vacation points so we booked the Aspen building over the Labor day weekend. Nice amenities with a hot tub in front of the place. A little bothered by the fact that supposedly they had a no pet policy but our neighbors had a dog while we left ours at home. It is set up for the ski season so the two queen beds in the one bedroom were justified. The kitchen set up was very good with everything you need being there. It could use an update with the cable TV system — no digital. The on site shuttle is the only way to go while out. The drivers were very nice and really fun. Overall we had a good time there.

The Douglas building has the best location here with very little noise from I70. Our unit is large, comfortable, quiet facing the mountain, and felt like home after an hour. Great resort and so close to all the Vail activities.

Awesome place. Their weekday summer rate was incredible for such a great place. It was very clean, comfortable, large and had plenty of amenities like free wi-fi, fireplace, racquetball, exercise room, lounge, pools, sauna, steam room, kids activity room etc. If we were staying longer then 1 night, we would have done some cooking in the full kitchen. We will be back!

From the outside it doesn’t look like anything special. Inside you will find cozy white plush downcomforter covered beds, a dinner table that doubles as a poker table, a kitchen to cook your wildest food concotions and enough counter space to set up a makeshift bar. Comfortabley sleep 4 but you can easliy pack a dozen people in one of these bad ass condos.
