It took 45 minutes to get our breakfast and 2 of the 3 hash browns were missing. We decided not to go back in. My husband waited in line while I took the kids next door to a gas station to get road trip snacks. The food was all expired. Some things by a year. Get me out of this town!

Pleasantly surprisingly nice dining experience at this Burger King! We were in a road trip w/3 teens. Our tall & muscular 16 yr old son told us BK was the only fast food place that gives you enough food to fill you up, so we chose BK. It was Easter Sunday, so probably quieter than usual. Hannah took our orders with a smile… and handled our changes with no problems! I let the manager know our son’s «vote» and she thanked him personally. We decided to dine in, appreciating the décor, the cleanliness and high tables. Weren’t we surprised when the manager came and thanked us(for our choosing them) with Cinnabons)! Woohoo… we shall pay it forward… and next time thru Valdosta, we will give them our business again!

Burger King, YOUAREREALLYRUDE. At least, your night manager is really rude. I’ve been to this location three times in the past week. Were it not for my most recent experience, I would have given this location 3 – 4 stars. Yeah, it’s not the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten, but damn, it’s Burger King, and usually a pretty good one. Not this time. I used the drive-thru and ordered three combo meals at around 11pm, a full hour before closing time. When I was told the total, it seemed a bit low, but since the screen is conveniently busted out under their speaker, I had no way of confirming my order until I received my receipt. Sure enough, I was missing the equivalent of one combo meal, however, it was the burger from one meal, the drink from another, and an order of fries. WTF? I assume the woman at the window was the manager on duty based on her attire. She was also the one wearing the headset. I explained to her that we were missing an entire combo(by pointing out the fact that it wasn’t on the receipt, not that it wasn’t in the bag), and that I knew that parts of our order hadn’t been rung up. I already had my wallet back out at this point. Obviously, if I am feeding three people, I need three meals, and came to this location willing to exchange real American dollars for food. Rather than simply having me repeat the parts of the order that were missing, ringing them up, and accepting my money, she chose to argue with me. «NO, you said this and this.» «No ma’am, I ordered this, this, and this. Perhaps there was an issue with the speaker.» «NO, YOUDIDNOTSAYTHAT.» «Perhaps instead of arguing about what was said, maybe you could take my order for the missing items, collect the money, and give me the food?» She did so in a huff, slamming the window at every available opportunity, and handing me my food without so much as saying a word. I’ve done my time in food service. I’ve even done my time in food service management. This is NOT how you treat customers, even if they are being unreasonable. Had I been rude or demanded free food, I could understand the attitude. This… creature does not deserve to have a job when so many are people struggling and would be grateful for the opportunity. I have no idea why her boss would keep such a rude, abusive individual on staff, and unless I receive notice that she’s been fired, I’ll take my business to any one of the other three Burger Kings in town.

The food at this Burger King has always been fresh and the service is good for a fast food restaurant.
