Like previous reviewers noted, the hotel appeared to have had a relatively recent renovation. The shower and vanity were granite — which surprised me at this price-point. Paint and linens looked fresh, and I didn’t see any roaches, fortunately. Unfortunately, the mildew/deodorizer odor was impossible to miss. The hotel allowed pets, so I suspect it may have come, at least in part, from cleaning up after naughty(or improperly attended) four-legged patrons. Bottom line? If, like I was, you’re traveling and only want a cheap-ish place to crash overnight, it’s not awful. On the other hand, if you are sensitive to odors or require a bit more cush, you won’t care for it.

O my! They have roaches. When we checked in Friday there was a roach crawling on the pillow of the bed. The front desk clerk apologized and switched us to another room. After being in that room for 10 min, my daughter spotted a roach crawling up the wall. :(We always use choice hotels when traveling but this experience has changed things.

Wonderful hotel! Great selection for breakfast, beds were super comfy with a real blanket on it, not those thin half sized ones lots of hotels have. Marble counter tops in the bathroom. Everything about this hotel was top notch! A++ all around:)

My second stay here. My first was through priceline blind bid and my second stay was because I was able to get the price lower than before using Citi rewards, Rooms have a smoking/mildew type smell. Also found a bug in the sheets this stay. Decent bathroom although the shower head only had two flow types working, both strong flow. Nice flat screen tv’s. Not enough outlets for guest to use without unplugging lights. It’s ok for one night if you can get the price right, but would find somewhere else otherwise

This hotel has been recently renovated. Everything appears new and neat. Outdoor pool which is a little old school. Desk receptionist was very kind. Don’t drink the water bottle or eat the chips in the room. They are 4 dollars each.
