I ordered two custom cakes from Nella for my husband’s & son’s birthday parties. Nella is very professional and definitely an artist. I just sent her a picture of what I needed and she delivered! The whole family was very pleased with the cakes.

I did a lot of shopping around before choosing Nella for my baby shower cake, and I’m so glad we went with her! We gave her a photo as a guide for the cake and she nailed it! We were a little more open for the cupcakes and she surpassed our expectations. They were such a hit! The artwork and detailing were amazing. Best of all, the cupcakes and cake were delicious. Nella was incredibly professional and very reasonably priced. We couldn’t have been happier.

Nella is an extremely talented baker and I will forever order my cakes from her. For my daughter’s 2nd birthday she made a Frozen cake and hand made Olaf and Sven with fondant and did a remarkable job! I have ordered three from her so far and every time my guests cakes have been impressed. She makes a chocolate covered strawberry filling that will make your stomach smile for days!

I found Nella on Facebook. I was searching for someone local to do my zombie themed wedding cake. She was so excited to take on the job. We met with her and she brought sketches with her that seemed like she plucked them out of my head. She is as sweet as the cakes she makes and as gorgeous. Everyone at our wedding raved about the cake and how delicious it was! She even made us a cake topper out of clay that we now keep under glass! I also had her make a smash cake for my step daughters birthday. It was the cutest thing ever! Nella never disappoints and I will continue to use her for all of my celebration needs!

Cakes by nella is amazing. I’ve ordered so many cakes from different places and nothing compares. Her cake was not only beautiful but also so moist fluffy and light. The flavor was amazing and everyone loved it. I sent her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted but better. Nella will be my go to person going forward for any cakes. Just amazing.

Absolutely loved Cakes by Nella! She made my daughter’s birthday cake & cookies for her 5th bday celebration. It wasn’t only beautiful but also delicious. We ordered the lemon cake with lemon buttercream and sugar cookies. Everyone was in love with her creations. Thanks so much for making my daughters birthday extra special with your edible art. Cakes by Nella is amazing! She made my Son’s Kindergarten Graduation Celebration cake for me, on short notice, and I, as well as everyone else, was so impressed with how beautiful and deliciously tasty it was! She was very reasonably priced, and even delivered the cake to the restaurant in a timely manner. I will definitely be using her again, and I will always highly recommend her!

Nella is great! She made the cake and cupcakes for my son’s first birthday! The theme was animal jungle/​safari. She showed me lots of animal designs to choose from via email. And offered me a lot of flavors for the cake and cupcakes. I had the chocolate and strawberry cheescake flavors for the cupcakes and it was superb! But the winner was the red velvet flavored cake! All of my guests loved it so much! They can’t stop eating. It was moist and the fondant was not that hard so it was easy to eat! Very nice job. We’ll sure recommend! Thanks again Nella!

Nella made a Lalaloopsy cake & cookies for my daughter’s fifth birthday. She met with me and went over ideas. Her creativity is amazing! The cake and cookies turned out beautifully! Her emphasis on detail was phenomenal. The cookies were very good and the cake was moist and flavorful. They received many compliments, even many days after the party. Nella made my baby shower cake last July, 2014. I learned of her from my friends, who recommended her to me when I was looking for a cake baker. I’ve tasted her cakes at my friend’s various events so I knew she was great. We corresponded via email to come up with the perfect design and color for my cake. She was very kind and open to suggestions. Pricing was reasonable and a great deal for what you get. She delivered my cake on time and we were very excited to see it. It was delicious and two-​tiered. The top tier was different flavors than the bottom tier. We chose fondant icing in 2 different colors. It was a hit with my guests, and a wonderful focal point of my shower. :-)

Nella made my sons birthday cake this year. He wanted a Spider-​Man cake and I was amazed at the detail and time she puts into her work. She is so talented and you can tell it’s made with love. Nella made a cake for my daughters 7th birthday party. The theme was a disco dance party… so Nella made a cake with a light up disco ball on top of it! It was the coolest cake ever! Not only did the cake look great, it was also delicious! Nella uses high quality ingredients and it really comes through in the taste of the cake! It was such a great experience working with Nella.

Wanted a custom cake for my dad’s 80th. She created exactly what I wanted and the figure looks just like him. Even he was amazed. Moist and delicious. Great Customer service and Nella is the sweetest. Don’t go to chains, support local small business. You won’t be sorry. Can’t wait for my Turkey day cake in a few weeks.
