They charge for refills no one does that and they stamp the Charles card for free sandwiches but they don’t offer free sandwiches then what’s the point of the free sub card for Charles Philly steak. They are going against the franchise. Also the owner very rude guy has no customer service skills.

Hands down one of the tastiest places in Valencia for subs. The $ 4.99 combo is unbeatable in price and flavor. Thank you Jesus for this spot!

Healthy and delicious steak sandwiches are grilled right in front of you in a short time! They put a lot of meat in their subs so its worth the price. Their lemonade with fruit pieces is flavorful– haven’t seen anything like it. I will definitely be back!

meat is always thoroughly cooked with the perfect amount of cheese. i always get the philly cheese steak sub. they gave me free refills saying it’s because i always take my two toddlers who seem to hoard my drink cup. the fries are never burnt and always the right amount of salty.

An average sub sandwich shop in the mall. Nothing special about them… It’s just a variety of foods in the mall is what kept them in. Nothing special to write home about.

I go here sometimes when I am on a budget you can’t beat a sub and a fries for $ 5. The employees are not very friendly the manager or owner is watching them often and sometimes shakes his head because they screw up or do something wrong. As for the food its ok, I am a plain person and the amount of steak you get minus the lettuce etc. is not much to fill you. The fries are really good. Overall I will go back but don’t expect a lot. Also I cringe at their sign to best cheesesteak not the case.

Alright, I don’t eat a lot of red meat, generally dislike mayo, and usually HATE provolone cheese, but for some reason, Charley’s cheesesteaks combine all of that and they taste phenomenal. I’ve had a few restaurant Philly’s but I’ve never had a cheesesteak as good as the ones I get from Charley’s. Really, they’re that good. Customer service is okay, they aren’t mean or anything and they always get the job done quick. A lil pricey for food court food, but it’s grilled fresh in front of you and sure beats BK.

I want to rate ½ stars sometimes, so I will just say 3& ½. Met my son here for lunch today and we both ordered the combos. I got the buffalo chicken and he got the philly cheese. They make it mostly to order here and I get a 10% discount from my work(hey better than a poke in the eye) so I don’t mind going for lunch during work days at places in the mall. I got a new phone and it looks like all my photos didn’t go through, but the subs are tasty and we both enjoyed it.

Wasn’t too sure about what to eat so headed to Charleys. Being a mall stand place, I wasn’t expecting too much but it sure looked good. After ordering a Chicken Philly and Chili Cheese Fries, they were delicious. The fries were crispy, and the bread on the sandwich was soft and perfectly toasted. The chicken was flavorful and even the small portion is pretty decent. Prices are decent and they have a pretty good selection of items to get, even for vegetarians. Definitely recommend this place, good value and delicious.

I’ll start out by reviewing the food. I love the veggie sandwich it’s very plain but tastes so good. It’s nice to have a vegetarian option in the mall! The fries are really good too. Really bad customer service! I gave this place a 2 star because the past 3 times I’ve been here the owner has been in and in front of the customers he treats his employees like crap! He yells at them in front of people. He also is not nice to us customers! He is just a grumpy old man that looks really sad. I feel bad for him actually.

They gave the worse services ever. They didn’t want to make my sandwich the way I wanted. And they charge us for refills when with in my family that bought food there. They got it free. I am not buying food from here at this location again.

Good subs but the workers are very rude! I won’t go back just because of the attitude of the employees. Saturday 4÷18÷152pm

Their sandwich is very good and the fries too… big serving for a reasonable price. We will be back to try their other food.

I eat here all the time. It’s a good place to quickly satisfy a cheese steak craving. The food isn’t of the highest quality(after all, we’re talking about the mall food court here), but the meat’s always seasoned well, prepared correctly, and tastes good, and it rarely contains gristle, large pieces of fat, etc. The roll is toasted and always soft. I usually get a regular chicken Philly and request extra onions, peppers, and mushrooms(they can be kinda chintzy on the veggies.) As for pricing, it’s kinda high for what it is. A regular sandwich, small fries, and small drink will set you back more than $ 10… and they charge for soda refills.

Meh, wanted something a tad healthier to consume so I came here for their Chicken Teriyaki sandwich and it was pretty good albeit a tad on the drippy and messy side. I was asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato and I said no to the tomato but got some on their anyway. Meh. I got a small, which is relatively filling on it’s own, and it was only $ 5. I dig sandwiches so if I happen to be hungry for something in the mall besides a pretzel, I’ll probably come back for more meh.

I walked in the food court and this place looked so good to me out of all the places at the time. I went over to order a large Philly cheesesteak combo, he was very nice asked me if I wanted everything on it, I said no mushrooms. Then he charged me, I asked if he charged me for a combo, he said no and started talking back to me like it was my fault. I was so caught of guard! He didn’t have to act like that, in a very calm and forgiving person. I gave him my card to charge a thing of fries and a drink. Everything was fine until my cousin came and ordered the same thing but with just meat and cheese, they proceeded to added veggies and slapped on mayo without even asking. She was very nice about it, but I’m never going back there again.

I feel bad for the Hispanic guys that cook the sandwiches. Almost look like they are behind a prison counter cooking with puss looking faces. Makes me not want to eat here again. No refills on drinks… What??? 50 cents per refill … Get out of here

So me and my roommate we’re doing some last minute Christmas Shopping on Christmas Eve and well… fighting off the other last minute shoppers leads to a humungous appetite. He’s from Valencia so we rolled up to his neck of the woods for some errand running and to stop by his mom’s house and while up there we stopepd by the Valencia Mall and I stumbled by this glutonous gem in the food court… — — — — — - LOCATION — — — — — - It’s located in the Valencia Westfield Mall Shopping Center food court. If you’ve «EVER» been to a mall you know how the food court works. — — — — — - THEFOOD — — — — — - STEAKHOUSEDELUXE — So I was all ready for a «Philly Cheesesteak» but I saw a limited time only promo poster for THIS and it looked delicious so I had to try it. It has Philly Steak, Bacon, BBQ Sauce, Mushrooms, Fried Onion Slivers and Provolone Cheese melted in. Pictured below. It was a perfect blend of these individually awesome ingredients.(5⁄5) DELUXEFRIES — I made it a combo and there was an additional option for $ 1.00 more to upgrade your fries. $ 1.00 more for cheese and bacon? Sign me up. Honestly I was so bloated from the sandwich… I only ate like 5% of the fries before tossing them out of 1st-world glutonny but they were pretty good. Pictured above. A heart attack waiting to happen.(4⁄5) — — — — — — — — – FINALTHOUGHTS — — — — — — — — – Honestly it was a tad bit pricey… $ 6+ for a 6-inch sub is a bit of a stretch but hey… it’s the mall. I think I upgraded to a 10-incher(TWSSaid) for a few dollars more but honestly I can find better values for just-as-good subs at Quiznos. However, not to knock the food… it was really, really good so if you’re nearby check it out. I think my picture speaks for itself.

I would have never expected a franchise sandwich restaurant to be of such high quality. The bread is toasted, the meat is very lean, and they have a plentiful selection of sandwiches and fries. The Asian guy there seems a bit bored but he does make a mean sandwich. Be sure to ask him to make you the bacon three cheese sandwich and the buffalo ranch fries.
