I wish I could give 0 stars. This was by far the WORST customer service I’ve ever been given. This place is run by an extremely rude Muslim or Persian family. They are extremely cheap. They will give you a pathetic amount of sandwich toppings and all of there fountain drinks are flat. The manager is some older lady who tried denying my coupon, even though it was not expired. I corrected her and she slammed my receipt down on my tray and didn’t even say thank you or smile. Instead I could tell she was saying negative things about me and my boyfriend in her language. I regret not walking out from the beginning when this rude older guy was rushing us to order even though nobody else was in line. There was only one other person in there, and she even came up to me after she saw how I was treated and agreed on how horrible these workers were. I am never coming to this location again! Horrible vibes and horrible service. These family needs to leave

This is the SLOWEST Subway I have ever been to. I ask for pickles and jalapeños amd I get 2 of each… really?

I would give this place NO stars. This place fucking sucks. No type of customer service at all. They put my sandwich in the oven and left it in there to burn. Manager said«oh good thing you were looking at the oven. I forgot» they«attempted» to remake my sandwich and barely put any tuna in it. Last time I’m coming here. I think they’re all idiots.

I actually enjoy coming to this location during the day as the staff is real friendly to me… they know me. There were two awkward previous visits during the day when the owner was literally yelling at the staff… I wanted to leave as I felt so bad for them. She needs to learn to train or comment to her staff while customers are not watching. Every time I see her, I can only vision her anger management issues. Tonight… I walked in and ‘Carol’ walked out from the back. It was weird as it first appeared no one was even in the restaurant working. When she came out there was no hello, can I help you nor did she even a crack of a smile or pleasant exchange. Obviously we were the absolute last thing she wanted to do. I actually had to laugh a little as it was SOBAD it became funny! Really — get another job Carol if you hate this one so much. You should be glad I am not taking this too seriously but to vent this way. Merry Christmas and I hope your new year is a bit better! Cheers! As for Mrs. Anger Management Issues Owner… you really need to get better employees at night, especially. Read your reviews… we can’t all be wrong? I am sure Subway has conventions on treating employees respectfully and ethically. Also, how to train your employees… maybe you should try this? It might improve your sales.

Lol this location is the worrrrrst. It’s laughable. The employees couldn’t care less. They just throw your food together, literally, and put the smallest amount of vegetables as possible. I mean, 3 tomato slices on a footlong? 2 slices of cucumber? Then at the end when you’re ringing me up, you ask me what the sandwich was? You just made the damn thing! Rude, careless and clueless. Get it together.

Yesterday was my second time coming to this particular Subway. The employees are rude and don’t listen. I ordered the Turkey Bacon and Avocado sandwich… why do I need to remind you to put avocado on it? Then the cashier didn’t acknowledge he had a customer to ringing up, then acted as if he had a problem doing it. After he rung us up we were still waiting for our last sandwich and he pulled out his phone. The most important thing besides the quality of food is customer service and he pulls out his phone. Really? I left there remember that I absolutely hate this location.

This review is for the sandwiches at this location only; I quite like Subway ordinarily, especially for a quick lunch/dinner. I thought the bread lacked freshness. The sandwich was poorly put together, and fell apart easily. Not a fan of the service either(which would have been forgivable if the sandwich was made well!).

Ate there yesterday and got food poisoning! And yes I’m sure it was there that I got it. Because I haven’t eaten anything since! The meat was more like room temperature in my sweet onion chicken teriyaki not hot. And the display case was filthy with cross contaminated veggie bins. I’ll never never never eat at subway foods again… and to think I used to work at one. Thanks for the diareah and vomiting! And btw. The servers were just joking around while I ordered my sandwich. Had to tell the guy like three times what I wanted on it. Last thing. A subway rep came in as I was eating to inspect the store. Hope he cleaned that place up! Sincerely yours, The guy still in bed puking and typing this. Thanks for making me lose a day of work and overtime!

Sloppy-azz Sandwiches. The store is clean and the people are friendly but where they can improve is the actual sandwich build. They don’t make a tight sandwich if you get me. There is no layering, and it is sloppy with mustard and mayo splatter. The bread is dry. Take a bite and it rains bread crumbs and little lettuce parts. Eating a hard taco is neater. Soup is never ready and has not been available in the last three times I asked for it.

Ordered my typical cold cut combo on Sunday so I can have a good sandwich and enjoy the game. My sandwich was made by an Indian lady, either the manager or owner. My goodness she was so cheap on everything. I got four olives, three jalepenos and virtually no mayo or oil that I requested. She seemed so mean that I didn’t want to ask for any more. The wheat bread was really dry. That’s not normal here. I know the sandwich is on sale for $ 4 a footlong but seriously? You go cheap on the ingredients you are going to lose customers. I would be more than happy to pay full price just to get the regular sandwich. Maybe they are saving the day old bread for the $ 4 specials. Not a way to get business. I go here atleast 1 – 2 times a week for me and my wife. As a punishment to this establishment I plan on boycotting this store for a month. If then they get better I will remove this review as I do enjoy this location.
