McDonald’s

This is a really nice McDonald’s! All of the staff have been so friendly. A worker opened the door for us to enter because I was carrying my baby and had my toddler in tow. They did table service. The same worker also got me the high chair and then offered to clear my table. They got the order right. The place is spotless and the music was pleasant. Thank you!

For quite a while they offered a 99 cent large drink — which drew me there about 5x week. Also led me to try the grilled chicken snack wrap and the turkey spinach bowl.
Then the price went up to $ 1.59 at this & other locations. Today, the drink price is up to $ 1.99! Sorry, for a few cents more I can get a tastier green iced tea at Starbucks.
Disappointing because it probably only cost them less than ten cents for an iced tea, unsweetened.
I will be back occasionally for the delish turkey spinach bowl!!!

I just left this McDonald and it is by far the best McDonald I have been to. The service was excellent and even though they miss understood me and got my order wrong they fixed it right away and even brought us an apple pie and apologized. Service was fast and all the food was fresh. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! From the Manager that fixed our order to the young lady that took my order and the gentleman that took our trash and threw it out for us (Juan) Thank you all very much. Its hard to find a good fast food place that actually loves their job and all the staff here was excellent!!!

This is a pretty busy location so most of the time it’s fresh!!! Service is great. Love their iced coffee. Better than starbucks quality but half the price!

In a large shopping center… The cashier was counting done dollar bills for the customer before us. Maybe she wanted larger bulls for all the singles she had? Anyway, once we ordered it was fast and we received our order quickly with no mistakes. The new country fried chicken sandwich had wilted lettuce like it was sitting around for a while, but the chicken wrap is always made fresh. I think it’s the tastiest item on the menu, and not as bad for you. Plenty of tables and chairs… And the place was pretty clean. The French fries are the best in town… That’s the main reason I keep coming back… And they’re pretty consistent on the taste wherever I go. On the Unilocal ap you can get a free ice cream with any purchase. I’m saving it for later… It’s about 49 degrees outside.

I ran and got some down the street (store 20 824).
Came home and they were normal and far from the well done crunchy that I wanted. I couldn’t let myself eat fries and not have them how I wanted because who knows when I’ll eat them again.
So, I packed them up and drove back to McD’s asked them to remake. They still were normal. No change, so I talked to manager and she had them done yet again. Shockingly they still weren’t right and she insisted it was the oil, what? That’s not possible, it’s the cooking length I argued and demanded a refund.
I was soooo frustrated in disbelief that I then went to 3 other McD locations (3508, 26 508, 8047) ordering identical and received not only varying degrees of well done but even the price differed by $.20. How is that possible? Clearly I haven’t gone to McD’s in a while but is varying price even normal? Finally narrowed down which location can actually listen to customer requests and deliver product as requested.
Clearly nailing it was store 26 508. I brought them all back to the Ralph’s location and tried to show manager the difference and definition of well done but she wasn’t wanting to learn and dismissed me.

I agree with other comments that say food is forgotten. Orders wrong and very slow service. Now the owner wants more money by getting rid of dollar drinks. Will now be using McDonalds on Valencia blvd

The worst drive thru EVER!!! The only reason I come they this place is because it’s the only place open with s drive thru this early. How hard is it to understand No eggs no sausage. Please extra bacon. How hard can that be? Do you know how annoying it is to go thru the whole drive thru and when you get home the whole order is completely wrong??? And you can’t even check it there because you are being rushed out of there so they can mess up the persons order behind you also! Unbelievable!!!

Have you been to McDonald’s? Good then you have not lived under a rock your whole life. This location is pretty much like everyone, there is no play area for the kid parents unless you consider the drive through line which I would not recommend to teach them tag.
There is a double drive through line, but either tends to get crowded at peak times.
The location is on a main street here in SCV but you can get in and get out fairly quickly. I don’t go to the restrooms as a rule, but really don’t need to go to this one since I work a block away.
McDonald’s is not even close to my top ten choice of places to eat, but if you need something quick then I guess it does the trick.

I love the crew of this McDonalds! A lot of them have been there for a long long time, making it even more fun to pull up to the window and say hi. Very friendly staff, looks you in the eyes and wishes you a nice day… place is always clean and happy!

I had the egg bowl with turkey chorizo !! The bowl was delicious! I was so surprised at the flavor. Would definitely order that bowl for breakfast!

I have patronized this particular McDonald’s on numerous occasions, but the problem I experienced today (as well as last week) prompts me to warn others away from what I consider to be a substandard McDonald’s experience.
This is the second consecutive time I have used the drive-​thru to order a triple cheeseburger and only received a double cheeseburger — once I can understand (and that first time I was a mile down the road before I discovered the problem so I did not go back), but twice in a row suggests this location is purposely ripping off its customers! At least this time I immediately checked as soon as I pulled out of the drive-​thru line, found the double cheeseburger, parked, and went into the restaurant. Seeing the person I presumed to be the manager (as he was dressed differently from the rest of the crew), he indicated that indeed he was the manager. I explained to him that this was the second consecutive occurrence of this problem. He took the burger, manually checked it (without gloves), passed it to a crew member and another burger patty was added. Note that the additional cheese was not added. Throughout this process, beyond his confirming that he was the manager, not a word was spoken — no apology, no offer of a refund, no offer to otherwise make up for the problem — only a defective «correction» of the problem.
You can judge for yourself whether I’m being unreasonable, but I can tell you the nearby McDonald’s are not having this problem (and that the other nearby fast food outlets) seemingly do not rip off their customers. Hopefully this location can improve.

Horrible service!
Forget my hash brown’s, got upset when we mentioned it to them, and after I left I realized… I have no cream and sugar for my coffee either… Smh

Big Mac was cold French fries stale
Don’t need to eat there ever again unless its for breakfast.

It was hotter than hell and I saw something on Facebook about ‘Free Ice Cream’ at our local McD’s. I thought it was BS — all I had to do was ‘share’ the offer to get Ice Cream on a hot day — who does that?
But I took a chance and did it (did I mention it was Hot as Hell that day!!!)
When I got there Everyone was Super-​nice, and I mean Everyone. How cool is it to get happy and great service at a McD’s?
Got my big mac and got my free ice cream — Happy as a clam and lovin it!
Friendly staff, nice looking McDs… and Free Ice Cream. If that’s not worth 5 stars, nothin is

This location is basically average like all of them
They screw up your drive-​thrw order about 2 in every 10

This location is about as good as it gets for McDonald’s. The food is… Well, it’s McDonald’s. The restaurant is clean and has a play area for the kids. They also offer free wi-​fi but the restrooms are still par with other locations-​yuk!

If you’re in the shopping center, great, otherwise head north or south to another McDonalds.
When this center gets busy, it’s a pain to get both in and out of at the light and there are no left turns coming out of the driveway by the drive-​thru.
I’ll give them a star for the large picture of the Montréal Canadiens locker room but other than that oddity, expect the same ol’ golden arches!

I came down here with my husbands few weeks ago for work. We stopped to kill some time and feed the kids. Service was awful! Orders were mixed up, food was wrong and customers were getting other peoples orders. The staff was rude about requests to refill the ice machine. The dining room and play area was a mess, and when I ordered a happy meal they show Barbie toys but gave some crayons and weird book… my daughter was not happy. When I asked the manager he said they were out and walked away. Will not be back here ever again!
