Had the best experience tonight for dinner. From the minute we walked in till we left, everyone was so welcoming. The cashier explained the menu, kindly when over pastry items and never stopped smiling. The manger also was beyond exceptional. I can’t stop saying enough great things about the staff. The place was clean and inviting. So happy we stopped by.

I had been going to this café for a while(mostly breakfast). My experience had been pleasant until recently, when I received poor customer service from none another than a manager. First let me say that I have worked in a restaurant before so I know the standard of quality that is supposed to be upheld in the food you serve. Secondly I know better than to argue with a PAYING customer, especially when they approach you in a kind way. And thirdly you should do everything in your power to make sure the customers experience is a good one if you want them to return. It’s safe to say that all of these three things were not met in my recent visit to this establishment. I will not be returning.

They’ve recently cut down on portion sizes. I paid 10 bucks today for a pathetic lump of lettuce and a cup of chili. Absurd.

Love, love, LOVE this place. The food is good, lots of options. The bakery is amazing, drinks, esp. the iced tea is really good. I wish there was one closer to Ventura, instead of all the Panera Bread. :( Staff was helpful and friendly. Food arrived in a timely manner.

Excellent food all around. Salads, soups, sandwiches, pastas, desserts, etc. the staff is always friendly and the tables are usually kept pretty clean. I’ve had different sandwiches and pastas and they’ve all been excellent. Today I had the chicken salad sandwich. Another winner! The rices are higher than Mcdonalds or subway, but you he better quality food. My friend had the southwest chicken sandwich… It was excellent until she bit into the large, fresh jalapeño or Serrano peppers… Hot hot hot!!! Delicious chocolate chip cookies too! The only improvement I would recommend is their menu. It’s a little difficult to read… Maybe better categories or explanations of what comes with what, etc. oh, and if you’re buying for a large(12+) company lunch… Their lunch boxes are excellent too. Sandwich, chips, cookie and fresh fruit… Very filling and excellent quality.

This place was terrible! The people working were terrible. Every table outside was dirty and I mean dirty. The«grilled» I ordered for $ 9 was laughable. This was our first and most certainly our last time in here. YUCK! Top it off one of the employees that couldn’t bother to keep his pants up came outside and soled while we were trying to eat. Ugh definitely a bad experience.

I visited the Valencia store this afternoon. They seem to have lot’s of employees standing around. Many tables were dirty, the coffee wasn’t hot for self service and that napkin holders were empty! I will think twice before going back. This is NOT the first time I have had this terrible experience. Update: nothing has changed. Not coming back again.

So this place sucks. It was my first time trying their«Cuban sandwich» and it was tiny! Not worth it.

Went to Corner Bakery ordered gluten free sandwich to go and the gluten free bread was a flour tortilla which gluten free people know is not gluten free. But I went back in the restaurant to ask if it was gluten free bread I knew it wasn’t you can’t present a flour tortilla as gluten free bread, an charge 10.00 for it. I will post a picture of the supposedly gluten free bread.

Had our lunch catered today and the sandwiches were great. The quinoa salad however was still frozen. We called and the manager DENISE who basically didn’t care and told us that it couldn’t possibly be frozen because it had been defrosting All day. We assured her that 6 different people said it was frozen… Not even an «I’m sorry» from her… will not eat there again and will also recommend to my friends to boycott this place due to poor service

Pros: friendly employees, good food, great service. Cons: pricey, the food was good but not amazing. I usually go to Starbucks before starting my work day, to get the pesto panini and a caramel frappuchino with 2 extra shots of expresso, which is always delicious. Today I thought I’d give corner bakery a shot to see how it compared to a similar meal. I ordered the chicken pomodori, which has similar ingredients i was told, and a caramel latte with 2 extra shots of expresso. It was a couple dollars difference more expensive and not as triumphant of a meal as i expected. Gonna be going back to Starbies(starbucks)from now on.

Came here for an afternoon coffee and treat. Tried to order a cappuccino but the cappuccino machine was broken. Ordered a cookie and a baby bundt cake and was given a filthy fork to eat it with. Strangely the gal new immediately that I had a dirty fork, like it happens all the time or something. The Bundt cake was meh — I didn’t finish it. Just a big disappointment overall.

I bought 2 pkgs of cookies to try them for the holidays and we were disappointed, we measure the sugar intake for health issues,(not because we’re sick) but we think, putting a little bit less sugar to these cookies would be helpful regarding health. Not very good.

We didn’t have high expectations based on the reviews but man they know how to screw up food. First they don’t have cream for their oxidized coffee, but that’s ok we grabbed coffee at Starbucks next door. Next my wife had to pick ash(yes black ash) off of her over cooked eggs(lightly burned). My eggs were über over done, dark brown. At least the service was good.

Went to this café for brunch two days in a row when we stayed in Valencia. It was wonderful! Dishes were beautiful, colorful, and it consists of variety ingredients that’s perfect to give us that morning boost before heading to the amusement park. We had the Anaheim Scrambler and Farmer’s Scrambler with good coffee, it was perfect!

Worst service and organization. Have ordered lunches to go twice, turned up after the request time and not had them ready. Also has sit in service multiple times and seen people get up and leave because their food doesn’t come. Constantly seems in a state of panic and overwhelmed. Currently only 7 tables with people and still customers are standing waiting, including me, and staff running around. Get a new manager corporate! Ps. After 30 mins and asking three times I finally grabbed a mgr who sent THESAMEGUY I had spkn with twice back to find out they were ready all along. grrrrrh!

This location is okay. The service is pretty slow every time I go in. No matter how many people are in front of me. I only go in because of the location which is pretty close to my work. I like their pastas(the chicken carbonara) and paninis I also tried their baked potato soup recently which had a really weird after taste and i will definitely not get it next time.

Everyone raved about the breakfast here, but when we tried it we found it lacking. I had some sort of egg panini for breakfast and found it greasy and the bread overly crisp. Wife-unit had Lemon Hand Pie and it did not start to taste as good as its looks promised. It did seem like it took a long time to get our food after ordering it.

I kinda have a love hate relationship with this location. When they get my order right and everything is complete, I love it. When they screw up(which they do a lot), I’m not so much a fan. When I have coupons, I also love it. They frequently send out 3.00 off combo coupons and its a decent deal. Have patience though, they get super busy at lunch and they often forget to put chicken or bacon or something on my salad. I’ve also noticed that so many of the salads don’t even include chicken anymore. If you want chicken, its extra. I believe the only salad that now comes with chicken is the chop. I ate here last Thursday night around 8pm and my soup(lemon chicken orzo) had a very weird burnt flavor. I think it was sitting around too long. Note to self: Don’t order soup on a hot night”. Oh and they dont really encourage you to hang out and study here. There is one table that has a plug near it for your computer. Such a shame.
