It was a great experience! The sandwiches were delicious and the employees were helpful. I had a very long day and was tired, but they made me smile. Really, I did not expect that just a sandwich could be soooo tasty! I highly recommend!

This place was SOGOOD! It was our first time here and the people were really nice and funny. We usually go to Jorsey’s Mikes but if there was one of these in our area we would definitely choose here over any other sandwich shops. Try them out, delicious!!!

Great! Went here for the first time today. The cashier was super friendly and the sandwich builder was very nice as well. We took our sandwiches home(2 adult combos and 2 kid combos) and everyone loved their sandwiches. I like the pickle included with the adult combos! We’ll definitely be back.

Yummy, delicious, and hot food along with great service. Dine in is equally fantastic. When we needed take out containers, items removed from table for trash, or anything else… the staff was eager to help. Friendly and helpful during our order so all of us were getting what we each liked. If you go alone or not, there are 3 tv’s with news, sports and entertainment shows so whatever your viewing pleasure would be met. Volume just right to not interfere with conversation.

Felt their sandwiches were weak. Not much to the sandwich. Very little ingredients were given. Bread was soggy once I arrived home to eat my sandwich. Won’t be attending again.

Firehouse Subs are visually fun delis with a fire house theme. I like the fact that they give back to their communities. But there aren’t a lot of vegetarian options. Everything is pretty much meat based. There tuna isn’t bad, but it’s nothing special either. They do get pretty bsy around lunch time so plan accordingly.

Wish they had one by my office! It would do well on the eastside! Prices were fair for what you get and the various selections were very good.

Not only are the sandwiches great, but the people who work here are too. There is this autistic man around town that likes to travel around. He doesn’t have much, but loves to say hi to everyone. I see him go into restaurants for a cup so he can have a super small drink from time to time. And instead of pushing him out like many places do, they make him feel welcome, and gladly gives him a cup for any soda he wants. That’s what makes me love firehouse subs.

3.5 Stars My husband is familiar with Firehouse Subs because they also have them in Texas and Arkansas(where he has family). He told me that their subs were huge and really good. The one in Valencia opened in January 2015(1 year ago). They have hot and cold subs, subs under 500 calories, and even salads. You can order online which we tried to do. However, I think it was having issues because my husband called them to make sure our order was submitted and they didn’t have it. So we placed our order over the phone instead. For two combos with chips and a drink, it came out to approximately $ 20. We both ordered the Smoked Turkey Breast sandwich. Sandwiches that are«fully involved» means it comes with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and deli mustard. They give you a dill pickle on the side. They also have various kinds of hot sauces that range in spiciness. I really enjoyed my sandwich… the bread and turkey were really good and I liked all the flavors. I just thought the person who made my sandwich was a bit heavy on the mayo. My husband on the other hand was disappointed with his sandwich. He said it was tiny(skimpy on the ingredients) and not like he remembered at all. I guess that was the disadvantage because he’s had it in other states so he can compare it to other Firehouse Subs. I have to agree that the sandwich wasn’t very large. I finished the entire thing… a bit bigger than a 6 inch sub, but not by much. Other than that, if they had one closer to my house, I would probably be a regular. 9⁄100 Reviews for 2016

Firehouse, i adore you! I really do. Found you in a Palmdale location and haven’t looked back since. So far I’ve had multiple orders of ur club sub and the Italian sub and loved every bite. –You can pick and choose your basic ingredients such as tomato, onion, mayo. –They have cold subs, hot subs, & specialty subs — every sub comes with a sliced crunchy, salty pickle(yum) — the interior is interesting! Being that it is a firehouse/firemen theme –service is wonderful –plenty of tables/chairs inside and outside –enough employees to take/make orders –clean and organized Sub lovers all over. If you are reading this. Go!

Courteous staff. True to the tradition, the motif of this restaurant is firehouse theme, which is cool because a lot of people esteem firefighters, this makes the restaurant interesting to try. The place is clean and modern with a lot of chrome going on. Nice witty signs and on the t shirts of the staff makes it really cool to be in! The tried the brisket and cheese and I find it not as tasty as I thought it can. It was on a wheat bread. Inspite there is sauce there, the taste is uneventful bur filling. I only ate half of the medium sub. The kids meals is worth getting. They have the firefighter hat. It includes the sub, dessert and a drink. Really cool presentation.

2 Stars for the service and apparently my BF enjoyed his steak and peppers sandwich. I got the Mamas Chicken Salad Sandwich and was so disappointed. I love a good chicken salad and was excited to try this one, but it just fell flat. It tasted like eating air. No flavor at all. It needed salt? seasonings? something? anything? Bleh.

Finally dropped in to give them a try and first experience was a win! *Friendly staff *Efficient *Fresh tasting food/ingredients We ordered to go and the turnaround time was fast/reasonable, considering there was a pretty large lunch crowd when we arrived. While we waited, we enjoyed looking at all the décor and interesting selection of hot sauces with spiciness ranging from 1 – 10! The Lego display was also adorable :) Items here are very affordable, we ordered 2 medium subs and even rounded up to the next whole dollar amount to donate to some charity that I can’t recall and our total was $ 16. We tried the NY Steamer and the Steak & Cheese. Both were delicious — I thought my steak and cheese was great until I sunk my teeth into that pastrami goodness. *insert eye ball roll* The pastrami is MUCH more flavorful and in comparison is definitely the superstar between the two. I will definitely be back to try their other sub selections. I’m particularly interested in trying their under 500 calorie menu! P. S. They have outdoor seating enjoyable for a nice day out.

I love sandwiches. There, I said it! Firehouse is a testament to firefighters allover. It’s also a testimony to sandwiches too. The only thing missing here was the pole and dalmatians. The subs were just as impressive as the world of firefighting. I tried the hero on honey wheat and it was perfectly put together with all the standard ingredients. When going to a place for the first time, I order one of the most popular items and usually get it the standard way they make it. I did just that and I loved it! I was shocked that I didn’t use one of the many dozens of hot sauce options on the rack. I stuck to my guns and tried it the standard way it was prepared. The conducts were tender and didn’t have any strange chewy parts. The mayo and onions complimented each other like a duet in a 60’s musical. It took all of my willpower to resist the 12″ and get the regular size at 8″ and I’m glad I did. Next time I will give in to that weakness and will order the 12-er. Oh, forgot to mention that they have the Coca Cola touchscreen fountain machine with over 100 flavors. Don’t know why I like these things so much? I always order the lime Diet Coke. Damn good! Well, go and check this place out and ask which subs are more popular than the rest and try them with all the ingredients. I think you’ll like it here!

Oh it’s getting hot in here! There’s a new sub in town! Walked inside & I was already blushing with joy! Red hats, fire hoses, suspenders and boots! I know what you’re thinking… remnants of flashing red lights & a shiny pole, huh? Oh behave! It is definitely a family friendly restaurant with a warm atmosphere and cool props. ;) Opened a month ago, this place was busy for lunch. Founded by Firemen, it has a real community feel. My inner hero found its happy place. There were so many sub sandwiches to choose from all of varying sizes, but as a first timer, I went with the turkey and cranberry to see if it would bring me back to my beloved time of year. Hooray… very well executed. Warm, smoked turkey with monterey jack cheese, cranberry spread with LTO on fresh whole wheat bread. MmmmMmm! The small size personally was the perfect lunch portion at only 480 calories! Guilt free I love it! The only thing I have to say is that the staff making the subs were still getting in the swing of things and I waited about 15 minutes until my sandwich was ready. I couldn’t even watch the layering of the items because the counter is built too high, no window. So I stood there hoping to make eye contact with whoever was making my sandwich. Someone? Anybody? Anyone? All good, I got my sub warm but not really hot. Still it was good. Will need to go revisit once they really settle in the neighborhood.

We came into Firehouse to try it after hearing good things from other Unilocalers about their grand opening. It’s a franchised business that was originally founded by firefighters so it sounded pretty cool. We walked in and were greeted immediately by all the staff behind the counter. Inside is decorated with a firehouse theme. There is firehouse paraphernalia all over the walls: Everything from uniforms, fire hoses, axes to black and white photos of local historic places etc. There is also a mural of Santa Clarita with firemen on the wall. They gave my daughter a plastic fire hat to take home and she had a lot of fun with it. As for the sandwiches, there are so many to choose from. I had the Italian based on the staff recommendation and was not disappointed. You can get their sandwichs hot or cold. They will ask you if you want it «fully involved.» That means deli mustard, mayo, tomato, onion, lettuce and Kosher dill pickle spear on the side. The sandwich was great, really one of the best subs I’ve had. Jersey Mike’s has easily always been my favorite sub store but they definitely have some competition now. I like that Firehouse has a hometown feel to it. The manager,(or maybe the owner, I forget) Jennifer Press, engaged us a couple times throughout our visit with pleasant conversation and was very friendly. I truly enjoyed my visit and my food. I’ll certainly be back.
