Lynda did an amazing job! I went here for the first time due to a friends recommendation and I’m so happy I did. My nails are, as I like to say«fake natural». The ombré looks amazing and she took her time. Definitely coming back!

I took my 8yr old in for a mommy daughter mani-pedi. She got gel hands and painted toes to match. The girls did a really nice job on her patterned nails and even topped her off with a little flower on her toes. My mani-pedi was not great. I had to ask several times to push back my cuticles further. My nails were filed rough and I was left with three crooked nails. The polish job looks fine. I picked an OPI Polish.

Dropped my daughter off to get her nails done came back an hour and half later to find out she had still not been helped! My daughter wanted basic full set of pink and white nails and apparently only 1 person in this nail shop knows how to do them. Which we were not told until I asked why it was taking so long. Basic service like manicure, pedicure this place works for anything that takes any additional brain cells DONT Bother!

Anna always does a great job, and I don’t feel rushed. Prices are very reasonable too!

My friends always want to go here because they like how they do acrylics but I like to get gel nails. This is the second time I’ve gone there and they have done a poor job both times. First I asked her if I could get matte black nails with a black French tip and she said they didn’t have that which isn’t true. Second they came out all chunky and she didn’t paint them in on the sides. Don’t go here for gel nails!

I’m not one to leave a bad review, but I am thoroughly displeased with the experience I received here. First off, no one greated me when I walked in, okay I brushed that off. Then I was shuffled among employees and even when placed with my final manicurist, he was double booked with another client. I’m all for double booking but I expect to receive the same service as the person literally right next to me. He matched the picture I showed him and was satisfied. Minutes later I used their ATM, it didn’t spit out my money & the manager said«we’ve had this happen before & there’s nothing we can do.» Not even an apology, and if it’s happened before why would you keep the ATM in your facility?! The next day the design had completely peeled off my nails & the fill was lifting. Never again

I went to NY Nails for an upcoming wedding which i was a Bridesmaid in. Normally I drive down to SFV and LOVE the nails i get from down there… good quality. But the wedding party was going here and I wanted to participate with them. First… It is $ 20 for a pedicure here(not the normal $ 15 or $ 16). so ok, whatever, i figured it would be a good one. WRONG. They didnt clean UNDER my toe nails(isnt that what you are supposed to do?), they scrubbed the bottom of my feet for less than 30 seconds(how does that get them clean???) AND the massage was hardly a massage. I dont expect much, I have been getting my nails done for years. so I know the Massage isnt really a massage. but this was like. they put lotion on and that was that. no rubbing. no pressure no nothing. So already i knew i wouldnt come back here just for that. So moving on to my acrylics. At first, I was impressed. They looked REALLY good. I just got plain pink and white, they are nice and thick like i like them and super square and Lynda was VERY meticulous about the shape and getting them all even,. so i thought«SCORE!» … NOPE! It has been 1 week since I got my FULL Pink and white set from NY Nails and they are already lifting. They were actually lifting after 4 days but I couldnt write a review until today. I didn’t get a design. but I can say that Lynda is VERY talented with her designs. and the shape of the nails are perfect as well as the thickness. But more than HALF of my nails are lifting. a lot. and they are brittle. Personally, I prefer quality… over anything So for $ 62(including tip) i can say that I am MUCH less than satisfied. I wont be going back here — but I will be going back to EPIC nails in SFV. You may have a bit of a wait there. but there is good reason for it. You can put their nails through hell and they don’t ever lift. EPICNAILS4LIFE! lol

Okay so I always have a hard time finding a new nail salon. Some are too expensive. Some are rude. And others just suck. So I did some research and found this place and they offered everything I was looking for. Gel polish and 3d nail art. I made an appointment thinking I was going to get this but no. Instead I was rushed though a fill and then passed off to the guy who does the nail art. Do not. I repeat DONOTGOHEREUNLESSYOUHAVEANAPPOINTMENTWITHSTEVEORLINDA. they are the only two who do the special nail art you see in the pictures. I won’t be going back. First impressions are the most important to me and I ended up with a half ass fill and some slapped on glitter and a tiny tiny little 3d bow. Not happy. 57 dollars down the drain

Customer service was excellent as well as the quality. Very respectful, relaxing environment. Good prices for all the amazing designs and fun extras they can do! Definitely call in because it’s a local favorite. They book up. I will most definitely return!

Well… I suppose I spoke too soon! I paid almost $ 60 when all was said and done for a full set of hard gel nails! Hard gel, for those who don’t know, is very similar to acrylic(perhaps MORE sturdy). When I reviewed my experience it was primarily based on how they looked & how I was treated! This review is based on quality! Six days after I had my nails done three of them were pealing and two had broke! I took this picture to show how thin they were done! I’ve had $ 18 gel manicures that were thicker & more sturdy I could have saved $ 40 and a drive across town :(

Will not be back. Not clean. People not friendly. They have one brush for everyone to wash their nails. Yuk. They just let the phone ring. Actually turned a lady away that they didn’t have time for. I have seen that before in a nail shop. Not happy with pink and white set at all. Drilled the heck out of my cuticles. Also had to listen to the couple behind me that work there arguing. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing.

So I’ve been here 3 times now… and so far I like this place! My nails always stay shiny and haven’t been lifting despite all the picking I do… I’m very pleased. I love the fact that they have so many different colors to choose from. I’ve been doing acrylics for years and I always had to do white, there was no other option. My tips are now pink, because why not! I love it

Just a quick review. Had acrylics done with Steve today and this was my first time getting them ever. Steve does a good job although I cannot really compare to any other experience. He was able to see me the same day I enquired. Nails look pretty good. The only negative I would say is I felt he rushes through his clients. Once I got there, he asked his client he was working on to move to the side and then kept switching us to complete us both, which I felt was not good. The other manicurist, Linda, who was next to him, spent time with her one client, while Steve managed to squeeze in 3 of us. I did not like that.
