On Deck Cooperative

Horrible horrible horrible. I have used them a couple times, and giving them the benefit of the doubt I tried again but they sucked once again. They are NEVER on time and bring very little selection. I called today and asked for a delivery. I asked for a variety of edibles. I was told that they would bring everything they have and would be here in 1 hour. Two and a half hours later the lady shows up and only has two different types of edibles. Nothing that I wanted. As she left the lady didn’t really seem to care that she wasted my time. Thanks a lot. I called back multiple times to in inform the manager of this piss poor service. I got their voice mail each time. Now when I call it says that the number is disconnected, but when I call from my landline it goes through. So they obviously blocked my number. Great conflict resolution children. I will never use this delivery service and I will avidly discourage anyone I know from using them.

In the beginning, I needed delivery as I was recovering from brain surgery to remove a tumor, then I broke my leg & ankle, and most recently, 3 vertebrae in my spine. I can definitely rest assured that On Deck Cooperative will come exactly when they say they will and Josh at ODC understands that I have a few vicious guard dogs and is patient with the procedure of keeping him safe and myself unharmed corralling them behind locked doors. My requests always exceed my expectations and the pricing is better than driving a distance and finding parking then walking around parts of the Valley very unfamiliar & uncomfortable for me. I can’t think of any way for them to improve. Excellent product, price, and service! A+

These guys are for real! They are super friendly and very helpful. Great service. When I call they are usually pretty quick. And they also have a rewards card! They always have a good selection of flowers, edibles, concentrates and even smoking accessories!
