Good spot. Eat ‘to go’ often. I frequent this place often and enjoy the Eye Round Steak Phở and Shrimp Phở. Both great. The Fried Rice is addicting.

I was so shocked at the attitude of person that answered the phone when I called to tell them I was unhappy with my «To Go» item. The basil that was on top of my food was wilted and so unappetizing. When I told them so they refused to believe me. They could have cared less that I was disappointed. So they have lost a customer.

My family eats here more than any other restaurant… The kids enjoy the plain phở, soup and noodles only and the quality and flavor is consistent and delicious. Sometimes, on weekend evenings, when they are busy, the restaurant is full and there are lots of take out orders. If you have a take out order, check it before you leave – they have left out things several times, but we keep going back so it must mean we enjoy it.

Glad this restaurant is here in SCV. Phở is consistently good as well as the Pork Banh Mi. They were even kind enough to take my debit credit even though I only had a meal to myself worth under $ 10.00. It shouldn’t be an issue but I get it,…it’s a cost issue. Otherwise, always a satisfying meal especially on a cold day.

Tried this place last night with my husband. Rice dish Bo Luc Lac was delicious, along with their drink Che Ba Mau. As for their Phở Tai, broth was tasty but their meat was jumbled up, dried meat instead of the usual strips of beef at other phở restaurants. Jalapeño also looked old and dried up. Our server was very nice but the overall restaurant service was disappointing. Food came out with only my dinner. We didn’t mind because we know it isn’t uncommon for Asian restaurants to bring out food at different times. After a little over 10 minutes, we asked about my husband’s dish and were told the kitchen didn’t make it yet. Wished someone would have noticed before we brought it up. Not the end of the world, but hungry husband had to wait another 20 minutes for his food.

The food here is the fresh and flavorful. However, the service is terrible. We waited for 10 minutes just to get our order taken. The waiter served myself and another friend our food but didn’t serve my third friends food until five minutes later. Our soups were starting to get cold and we couldn’t eat until our third friend received his food. I was extremely embarrassed since I chose this location for us to eat. I hope this changes because the food is outstanding.

It was busy and they were understaffed. We didn’t even get greeted or have anyone come to our table until 30 minutes of us just sitting.

I really enjoy this place! It’s a very convenient location with lots of parking. It’s somewhat small inside, but if you go at the right time(s) you will have no trouble finding a seat. I have had many of their boba drinks, all are delicious… my personal favorite is avocado! I have also tried many of their different dishes. Including several types of noodle soups, rice dishes and a ‘sandwich’ option. They even do a great job packaging up the take-out orders! Give them a try, especially if you live in the area!

The phở broth here is tasty. I had the Phở Tai Nam(steak & flank). Unfortunately, they do not serve their own chili paste and only have Sriracha and Hoi Sin sauces. Service was a little slow, but food quality is on par with the average phở restaurant in Little Saigon. This place is worth visiting if in the Valencia area.

I’m so happy to see that they added vegetarian broth to their menu. The phở was delicious!

I will NEVER eat here again. After being a loyal customer since they opened years ago, they double charged my debit card for $ 50.00. They made me drive across town to discuss the situation twice and still would not fix the situation even after showing them my bank statement. Horrible customer service. They were argumentative and rude. Management kept insisting that I or someone in my party was lying to the very end. It’s upsetting to have to pen a review like this and they have forever lost a longtime loyal customer who brought numerous folks to this place. Shockingly enough it was the owner Nina who delivered this terrible customer service. Her husband Scott has always been kind and amazing to interact with, however his wife over the course of two days completely burned through the years of good will and report her husband built with my family and me. Avoid Phở Sure whomsoever pays with plastic! Whatever you do don’t expect anything but basement level customer service.

I’ve heard many great things about Phở but had no idea what the fuss was all about until one cold, rainy day. My fiancée and I came here after our watching our daughter at her gymnastics. The wait wasn’t bad at all considering how busy they were. We sat down, ordered our drinks, appetizer and started browsing the menu. I have been a vegetarian for over a decade and came across the Phở Chay which comes in a vegetable broth. Immediately, we were sold! We placed our meal orders along with a tofu appetizer, side of red rice(super yum!) and talked while we waited. Some time passed and still no appetizer. I thought to myself, What’s going on? We got our Phở(which was phenomenal) and then I asked the server about the appetizer. Sure enough, it arrived moments later. I think it was the owner that brought the plate out himself and sincerely apologized for the wait and discounted our check. We will come back to Phở Sure next time we are in town:)

Been going here since they opened. I always hated having to go towards LA to get Vietnamese food, and all the past local places were terrible. This place consistantly has very FRESH ingredients, very tasty savory dishes and great traditional tastes. They do seem to have different cooks, which can result in slight taste, plating or ingredient changes, but not enough of an issue to drop one star. We have tried nearly every dish on the menu and love just about everything! Give it a try, just be warned, a tad noisy as every surface in the place is a hard surface(crazy noise bouncing!) Overall, clean environment, friendly staff, good prices and FRESH well cooked food!

Me and my family eat here at least once a week. It is one of my favorite places. 1. My family of 4 can eat dinner for about $ 30. 2. The quality of the food is consistently good, and delicious! The owners are actually Vietnamese, so they know what they are doing. 3. If you’re lucky, you will be served by Luis, who is super friendly and helpful. It’s a nice touch that he remembers our order every time we come in. He even remembers that I have to have my boba tea with barely any milk because of lactose intolerance. Going there again for dinner tonight. Can’t wait, my tummy is rumbling! I highly recommend this place. I’ve had all of the other scv phở places, and this one beats them all in my opinion.

We decided to had some phở near by. This phở place located on the strip mall and it was pretty busy when we arrived. I ordered the Phở Tai Gan /vermicelli noodles with round eye steak & flank It was a good broth but too much noodle and not so much meat. I ordered a green tea boba too and it was pretty good flavor. The pearl were good not too hard or too chewy. My husband ordered the seafood phở. It was bland. The broth was kinda so so not so rich flavor, and lots of noodles. All in all average at best. And we ordered to go for my mother in law. She said it was good broth and the meat not so much too just like mine. And she also thought the meat was kinda skimpy. Service was okay, not bad not very good so just okay. Food came way fast which mean everything is already done.

Love coming here for Phở! Ive been here multiple times with my husband and probably twice with my sister! Both approve! Phở sure is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking up front. Its nice to sit indoors and sip on that phở phở lolol. The portions are huge! I usually never end up finishing my bowl of food but i enjoy every sip/bite(noodles). If you dont care for meat/chicken. Get the Phở Tom which comes with shrimp. Last time i was here i had the sweet and spicy phở(delish). The orange mint drink is another favorite. Listed under Tra Da Cam Duong! Go in and enjoy :)

It’s great that another Vietnamese restaurant opened in the Santa Clarita Valley. There are only a few around in the valley that you can choose from. This is your typical Phở restaurant that serves your typical Vietnamese dishes. Their food is good but I didn’t find anything spectacular about this place. The service on the other hand was not great. We ate at the restaurant when there was only like 4 people eating inside the restaurant. The 3 waiters were busy taking to themselves near the kitchen area and you can even hear their conversations. I was trying to get their attention because I needed silverware but they weren’t paying attention to the customers. Finally, when one waiter came out from the kitchen area, you can see him chewing on food. He must have been eating lunch while he was on duty.
