For a lingerie store whose mission statement should be to make all woman feel beautiful under their clothing, this store is an absolute disgrace.
My mom had come in here to try on a bra and had shown the sales associate that it was not fitting her correctly because it was puckering on one side of the cup. The sales lady had the nerve, the audacity to ask my mom if her breasts were her originals! When my mom responded they were not, the sales associate proceeded to tell her that’s is why bras do not fit her because bras are meant for breasts that hang and not for breasts that protrude out. How shameful of this woman, regardless of a woman’s decision to not have their «originals» is not of anyone’s concern!!! Or where it is not a decision such as a double mastectomy. Very emotional and private so my mom simply left with grace.
I had the mind to go to corporate, I really would have appreciated a hand written apology to my mom. I was not able to get in contact with a district area manager only the store manager who said she would have a «serious talk with the employees.»
Ladies, please go else where, somewhere that empowers you to feel beautiful and confident as lingerie should. God forbid another woman fighting breast cancer is subject to this treatment and judgement or even woman who have breast fed babies or abnormalities and yearned for their breasts to have some kind of visual aesthetic. Very sad. Shame on you Soma.

Great customer service and gorgeous bras, but I have one complaint that I would like the company to take into consideration. The bras that I purchased are lacking in sewing construction of wired area under the bra which has a seam that while wearing folds over and rubs a tender area of the body causing discomfort. Various other manufacturers bras that I’ve purchased do have a smooth seam that is comfortable to wear. Very disappointed in this comfort aspect of Soma bras as they are very attractive and expensive.
Also to note, though I hand wash the bras the underwire tends to break. I requested to purchase underwire replacements which are not available. A good product should have timely wearability as well.

Ok so Deb helped me out and she’s amazing! Such great customer service there and super friendly staff. they also do custom fittings to make sure you’re in the right size. for us larger chested ladies this place carries a wide variety of cup sizes and they are all at a sensible price compared to private boutiques. They also have some good deals going on and if they dont have exactly what you want it can be ordered for you. definitely coming back

Loved this store! I walked in for the first time today with only 20 minutes to find a bra and get out. Deborah was amazing! She measured me, handed me exactly what I asked for and sent me to the dressing room. Before I had time to get my shirt off, she was back with one more for me to try. She quickly helped me make some adjustments and decide on what would work best for me. I was in and out in a flash and I have not only a new bra I am very happy with, but also some new underwear to try out :-) Can’t wait to go back — they have a beautiful selection of undergarments and sleepwear! alriiighty– so, this was my first ever time actually getting fitted for a bra. At a real bra store. NO, VS does not count– they measured me wrong multiple times and this store is way different. Similar prices and VS, but you can literally feel the quality difference. Beautiful bras, in a wide variety of sizes. Very helpful staff and attentive. Purchased the Bella Cucina (sp?) bra and so far am loving it.
