This is such a nasty place. I can’t believe they were even given a permit to operate and sell food. Poor management and poor customer service.

This is the worst Jollibee ever! How the hell they have a customer chatting with the employees behind the counter where the food is. These people are very unethical. I reported this incident to the city code enforcement.

Really can never go wrong with fried chicken amirite. Service was fast, food was great. The only issue came with the actual building. It’s a little run down but hey, not on the staff. They make do. The back door gets stuck sometimes so unless u wanna hear that air thing for 5 minutes after someone leaves, sit somewhere else.

— Not sure what the mass appeal is when people come to this place — Overpriced for small pieces of chicken(vs. Popeyes or Chicken Express) — Chicken is often bloody despite being fried — Bucket used to fill the soda machine with ice looks extremely dirty — Cashiers are extremely rude — Only 1 cashier when the line is extremely long(yet there are 2 – 3 managers standing around not helping) — Got ripped off a few times … ordered 3 pieces of chicken, but when I got home it was only 2 pieces in the box(always make it a habit of checking before you leave)

Americanized Filipino Food… sure. It’s very good to eat here especially when you’re in for their chicken, corn, rice, and mashed potatoes + gravy! Most times I cannot finish my food even though the portion is small it’s very fulfilling. I usually try palabok, cooler drink, and halo halo but the wait for the food takes awhile especially on slow days… for some reason when it’s busy you get your food fast… I know doesn’t make sense that’s why my service today was great. I hope that means it’s fresh food on slow days… Ha ha.

The food is wonderful but the service is the terrible. Jollibee will always be the flavor of my childhood. If you’re looking for the Jollibee goodness, this spot does not disappoint. However, when I tried to introduce my boyfriend to Jollibee’s chicken joy the cashier told me that it would be a 5 minute wait for the chicken and asked if that was ok. I said it would be fine since we do not live closed by and I really wanted my boyfriend to taste the chicken. But another employee pushes the cashier aside and tells us that it will actually be a 20 minute wait and adds that they are closing in 20 minutes implying to not order the chicken. Clearly, that particular employee was unwilling to do her job when they had a good amount of time left. I have been at this store multiple times and this is not the first time they have done this. Whether it was 20 minutes or one hour before they close, the employees seem to tell every customer that they are closing. On top of that, we ordered an Aloha burger and it was missing the Aloha! No pineapple! It is a disappointment to the Filipino pride that the employees in this store do not share the iconic Jollibee joy.

I just found 2 dirty recycled plastic forks along with my order. Smh! This is how germs can be easily spread. To whoever own’s this branch please keep a clean establishment. Thank you.

We only got a small portion of fried chicken as we were about to meet my whole family at another filipino restaurant right next door. The batter was crisp but not too thick. The chicken was juicy. The gravy was interesting and the rice was soft for my taste but it is filipino fast food. I wish I had tried the spaghetti because my whole family asked if we tried it. I’ll have to wait until next time. When we happen to make our way back to Cali I’m sure this will be one of our stops because my husband loved this place.

are you kidding me? oh my gosh Jollibee… bakit nyo tinitipid ang ingredients ng halo halo?.. hindi porket madami bumibili ng halo halo ay kailangan nyo tipirin ito para makabenta ng marami… it’s like i’m splurging for a shaved ice! this is so substandard. walang lasa!

Compared to the Philippines the quality is sub par. I had the spaghetti which was something I was looking forward to. The taste of the sauce was on point but when it came to the noodles that’s what tore me away from the taste of the genuine Filipino version, to be reminded that I’m in a Jollibee in Vallejo, California.

It is always nice to visit this Filipino plaza in Vallejo, I like to visit Jollibee when we are in the area. I really love the halo halo here topped with jackfruit and ubi ice cream. I love the pineapple juice and the mango pies too! The rice was plump, soft and delicious. I have yet to try the chicken but maybe one day…

This Jollibee is the worst that I’ve been. Me and my family ordered chicken and we’ve been waiting for 40 min just for a chicken. And the manager just told us he’s sorry. This is a faatfood restaurant. I guess fast food is not the right word. Slow food and the service is very bad… JOLLISLOW. After 40 minutes of wait guess what the manager Jhun gave us an uncooked chicken. and he told us that wor them it is juicy. juicy there’s a blood in it Jack ass. It’s not cook… Way to go Jollislow… No way that I will come back to the Vallejo store. Better check your chicken

We like to stop at Jollibee because it’s different than most fast food joints, whats not to like about spaghetti and chicken?

The service is good but no napkin on the table even when your order is for to go unless if you ask. And if you ask they will give you 3 pieces only, come on eating Chickenjoy, Peach mango pie & spaghetti… I need more than 3 pieces of napkin. and the spaghetti they don’t taste it like spaghetti in Jollibee in the Philippines. about chickenjoy vs. Popeye Chicken… hmmm!.. Go! Popeye!

Stopped by this Jollibee because we were buying some stuff at the stores nearby. All I wanted on this day was peach mango pies. The pies are made the way that McDonalds used to make their apple pies years ago. Fried not baked. Just be careful when you bite into them cause the filling is hot. The two people working the counter at the time were super friendly. The dining area was spotless. No complaints from my experience here. I would return again if I were in the area.
