Paul is my go to guy when I have a buyer with a lot of home buying knowledge, or none at all. He is the most thorough inspector I’ve worked with. Not all my buyers are willing to spend the extra money up front, and that is their mistake. My buyers were able to pull out of the contract in time and retain their deposit.
