Paul is my go to guy when I have a buyer with a lot of home buying knowledge, or none at all. He is the most thorough inspector I’ve worked with. Not all my buyers are willing to spend the extra money up front, and that is their mistake. I can take the information he uncovers and negotiate a lower price, or at least give them a more accurate picture of what their repair costs will be up front, so that maybe they need to walk away altogether. Paul is punctual, professional in his manner, and timely in issuing his report. His reports are thorough, extremely readable, and the buyer’s best negotiating tool. If Paul costs a little more, it’s because he takes more time. By digging deeper how he finds more information, and so the hourly investment is about the same. But the results are hugely improved over most inspectors.

About 15 years ago, when I first began my Real Estate career, I had the extreme luck and pleasure to have met Paul Alexander. He was the inspector that was sent out from the company hired by my Buyers to inspect the house they were buying. Paul was very knowledgeable, prompt, thorough and took his time to explain everything to the buyers and the seller(who just so happened to stay for the inspection). He would give them the facts and his insight on what could be done to rectify the situation. Later that day, the seller called me and asked for Paul’s contact information, telling me that they too wanted to use him for the purchase of their next house because of how detailed and thorough he was. That phone call is what cinched it for me… I went on to refer Paul to all of my customers through the years. Without fail, Paul has continued to provide superior inspection service to countless buyers through the years. He is the only inspector I will recommend. The only time I didn’t use him was when I was getting pressure to try a local inspector from people in my office, so I tried the new inspector on my own purchase and I was not satisfied. After the close of escrow, I found significant amounts of mold in five rooms of the house. I feel confident to say that Paul would have found the mold. Paul saved one of my buyers from making a huge mistake in purchasing a property with foundation issues that would have cost them about 50k to repair. Initially, the foundation issue didn’t seem to be a problem, but after further inspection(by Paul) it was determined that it could potentially be a HUGE problem. My buyers were able to pull out of the contract in time and retain their deposit.
