WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! My father, years back, had purchased products from here and did a okay job so I decided to go back to buy a stereo kit and another piece. I went home and realized that I no longer needed the product and went the very next day to return the unopened unused product, to my surprise it was all final sale! I was never told that! The owner was rude and disrespectful when confronted about the return and refused to returned my money. Finally after a long dispute and being called uneducated by the owner he finally retuned some of my money. I was so offended by the disrespect I was treated with by the owner that at that point I could care less about the $ 60 car kit I just wish for a apology. Obviously I never was going to receive that so I decided to Educated him with some California Law return policy and realized he was violating more California laws than I expected. It just so happens that the person he was calling uneducated has a degree in criminal justice so I know a thing or two about laws. So instead I reported him to California attorneys office. My advice is shop around before you purchase your products here they are extremely over priced.

Ok so this place is ok. The guy saved me about 200 in unnecessary equipment that Brodway auto sound was gonna make me buy. I gave them only 3 stars because they lag on their service. I was told my car would be done with in 1 – 3 hours I dropped it off first thing in the morning. Never got a call went in at 1pm the guy said he was about to call me and needed another hour. Well an hour later no progress had been done the car was exactly the same as it was an hour earlier. Needless to say car stayed there all day left 5 mins before they closed because when they returned the car they forgot to put the dash board together and was just hanging so he called his guy to take it back inside to finish it.

We have brought three of our cars to The Beat to have alarms and stereo systems and beat installed. Without reservation I would recommend The Beat for the high level of customer service Ivor, owner, provides. They are a friendly, professional, staff and the quotes that we receive for services are always what we have paid out-the-door which says a lot about the business. Our vehicles have top of the line installation, equipment and sound and never cut out and we’ve have never had to bring the vehicles back for any sound issues as I have had to do with past beat shops. Ivor, at The Beat always knows we’ll be back any time we purchase a new car!

Apparently, these guys do not return phone calls. Why even bother with a messaging service? I was referred to these guys by Vallejo Nissan as I am having trouble with my CD player in my car. I explained this and left my name and phone number and never received a return call. I will be letting the guys at Vallejo Nissan know this and maybe they will not be offering this company any more referrals. Bad way to do business.

I went there to have an auto alarm installed. I had a great service! I left my car there and as soon they were done, the Owner called me to tell me that everything was ready. They are very professionals and they know what they are doing. I drove from Walnut Creek to Vallejo and it was worth! Prices are fair!

unresponsive, they lost my business. does not answer phone or return calls. I repaired problem myself. Typically answer to a yes /no question takes 2 days. When you don’t get service, it doesn’t matter what price you pay, you already know you payed too much. Therefore price rating is overpriced. How do they even keep their doors open?
