Vallejo Nails

Dianne seems to be the best but my daughter and I got frustrated lately. She’s not focused and in a hurry, answering calls and taking appointments while doing our nails, we even drove from Vacaville but we’re so disappointed.

I have been going to Vallejo Nails for about 16 years. I have always been completely satisfied with how my nails turned out. The couple of times I did have a problem with a lift or polish there was NEVER a problem. Donna would always say stop by and she would correct it. Sure there are only 2 girls but those 2 work very hard and if you want something just ask. (Thinner nails, more foot massage) I will continue to recommend and refer anyone who compliments my nails to Vallejo Nails.

So so when it comes to actual services, my nails came out ‘fatter’ than I like and the pedicure was just a quick paint job. I tried to ask for my cuticles to be trimmed but the lady didn’t seem to understand and started cutting my nails extremely short. Nails ended up lifting the very next day.
As far as the customer service, non-​existent! I originally came in to an empty salon with two ladies just sitting there. No hello or welcome, I asked if they had time for a full set and pedicure and the simply said ’ all booked ‘. I then asked to make an appointment and they told me to call in the next day, I guess they don’t make appointments in person??? I won’t go back for lacking services and bad customer service!

I came here the first time i got my nails done. The service was okay. The one thing i didn’t get why she did was she trimmed my cubicles after she had already put the acrylic on my nails and painted them and never bothered to fill it in so i ended up having a gap on the top of my nails.

I have been going to Vallejo Nails in the old WalMart shopping center for about 5 years and Diane is the lady who does my nails. She always does an excellent job. Although they can lag a little behind on the newest nail fashion, the shop is small with just the 2 ladies so I don’t mind.
Bonus is they are open 7 days a week. Cash only.

im a little worried. i told the lady who i go to here, that they have some bad reviews. now they are all erased?
i dont agree with that. it is what it is. dont hide the fact that your not perfect!
this place can be very busy. i suggest to make an appt. it seems like only rose speaks english. they have about 5 people who are there at all times but it seems like they are just family who sit in there who dont speak english. i tried to talk to one of the guys and he just threw his hands up and said he doesn’t understand.
i wouldn’t recommend this place without an appt.

I just love Vallejo Nails. I’ve been coming here on and off for probably close to 10 years now. The girls are great and they do a fabulous job!
