Antonio, the Assistant Manager, at this location, answered my request to rectify the problems from the previous day’s purchases. On March 2, 2016, I went to the store around 1 p.m. & Antonio was very polite & courteous. He explained the Senior discount program which provides 20% off regular priced Walgreen brand products &15% off all other brands on the first Tuesday of each month. I saved about $ 12 on my purchases which makes a huge difference in the budget of a Senior. You can trust Antonio to correct mistakes & I sensed that he would instruct the clerk(s) in correctly heckling out Senior customers.

this walgreens has roomy aisles, a rarity amongst bay area and s.f. walgreens. chips, snacks are all over, not just in one section. buys:lays chips(2/2.5) –greektown gyro flavored slight tzatziki sauce taste, same lay’s crimcj/ –new york reuben checkout: –2 lanes easily identifiable –identifying checkin module for specials too slow.

in the last week What I don’t like is the fat light skin chick who I think is a store manager. She walks around the store and follow you the entire time in the store. I see why her purple keds shoes liening to the side as much as her fat ass walk she should be skinny. Watch the thiefs and not the people who don’t steal. I been a customer for over 15 years and will be one when her ugly fucked up eye liner ass gone. She better watch what she doing before she have cvs on a fat ass law suit. Now today I was in the store I recorded the her following me thur the store mind you she gets to the front of the store and some black chick that had been on the baby lane stealing do you think she said anything no she was to busy watching me. Who ever hired her need to fire her ass. She ugly her attitude makes her ugly and girl just cause you work for cvs don’t be mad cause your pockets on E. Go watch the way you put on that eyeliner. Cvs you gone lose a lot more products and money her eyes to busy on people that work for a living and pay.

Racial profiling at this store! My son and I walked into the store and because his hair is kinky and long they immediately turned on their security«siren»! No one was behind us and there was only 5 people in the store! I will be filing a formal complaint!

Very racist Walgreens. I walked in and my boyfriend walked in a couple of seconds later. I heard him greet the registrars and seconds later, the intercom blares, «security watch the floor!» My boyfriend told me this is the third time they’ve did this to him just because he’s black with kinky hair! Then we confronted the manager and lies lies lies! Boyfriend was really mad and recommended we never shop there again. Sorry Walgreens. If you tryna watch somebody on your store, maybe you should use walkie talkies instead of intercoms!

This particular Walgreens leaves me with a feeling of lacking and wanting more. From the new design to the horrible parking, can’t really say that this is my first choice of convenience store. First, the parking. The angles are awkward, so if you are coming into the parking lot and someone else is leaving, one of you will have to scoot out of the way or back up to let the other through. There just isn’t much clearing room to comfortably maneuver. Not that it’s the fault of Walgreens but if you were to drive there, that’s what you’ll have to face. The design of the place is TOTALLY different from the old design from before they uprooted Westborough Square. Before, you’d know where everything was, and it was in logical order. Now, it seems that they want you to get lost in the place, either on purpose or by accident. If it’s by accident, maybe that’s their way of getting you to discover new things and thus buy more stuff. That’s okay. But it’s not very time efficient. It just doesn’t seem right to me when I’m shopping here. Even the pharmacy is located in an awkward position. I’m looking at the other reviews here and they mention horrible pharmacy service. My 2-star review is WITHOUT experiencing the pharmacy…

The pharmacy here is horrible. No one answers the phone. they lack customer service and either they just don’t give a rats arse… or they just don’t know what they are doing. I will be finding another pharmacy !! It’s disappointing, because I have been picking up my pills here since March when I first moved here from the east coast… the place has gone way downhill since then. You’d think a big corporate company like this would pride consistency … DONOTFILLYOURMEDSHERE !!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too! The main male pharmacist is rude! I came in coughing to get my medicine, waited in a 15 minute line for them to not have my medicine(which is understandable) they said they would have it in the following day. So I bought some NyQuil to hold me off. I returned the next day, they forgot to get my order! So I had to go across town to get it. Then I received the wrong medicine and the dr. Faxed over my prescription to the springs Rd. Walgreens again. I went to that pharmacy three times that day then telling me they have not received a fax. So I called kiaser and they told me they called and sent the prescription 9 hours ago. Kiaser told me to have the pharmacist call and he wouldn’t. I waited until everyone was out of line to have him call and he wouldn’t. I had to ask him if he could please check the fax again and what do you know! It was there. 4 days without my medicine because this pharmacist is lazy and does not have compassion for patients and there well being. Pick another job buddy.

Dont come here late at night. If you are a female, make sure you have someone with you. This place has a lot of homeless people walking around outside(but then again, every where in Vallejo has a lot of homeless people lurking around). I went inside and it was clean. Every time I go to this Walgreens location, there’s only one cashier working and there’s always a long line, despite seeing 4 Walgreens employees just sitting around and talking. Go to another location for safety reasons. This place is NOT safe

Quick and convenient location. Usually friendly service, and almost always helpful. Only 2 registers for ringing people up, so if it’s busy the line can back up quickly.

I’m a fan of Walgreens, not only cause of the deals, but it’s somewhere to walk around when you have nothing to do haha. This one isn’t in the best area, but it’s not so bad. Never lacking interesting things you don’t need but are so compelled to buy! Friendly service too. Parking is kinda scarce but now that Hollywood closed it gave us a little more room. When you need(or don’t need) something and don’t wana go to a super busy store, this is the place to be.

Before you start talking about the litter outside, and the less than savory characters that hang out at the liquor store or the laundromat(washouse?), let’s focus on one thing… I came here Christmas Day. Ok — I admit it. I hold my head up high, but I admit it. I have no shame to my game. I love to shop. I have to shop. I need to shop. I’m a shop-o-holic. I come from a long line of shoppers. I’ve raised and cultivated my own shoppers. I can shop by myself, or with others. It doesn’t matter. Anyway, I have gotten way off track. Yes, I had to shop, on Christmas Day. And guess what. My friendly neighborhood Walgreen’s was open and in business. Not only that, but they had a wide selection of everything you might need, or might not need(in my case). So after getting the much needed fire logs(for atmosphere), some discounted Christmas goodies for my daughter(she went with me) and all sorts of other nonsense and foolishness(as my friend Niecy Nash would say on «clean house.»), I headed off to the checkout line. I took a moment to thank the cashier for coming in on her Christmas to serve the customers and to do so with a cheerful and pleasant attitude. Now I have been coming here for the past 12 years and I really can’t complain at all. They used to have a pharmacist who was a real curmudgeon, but after I gave him a lil bit of my attitude, he snapped it all back and remembered that he was there to serve lil olé me. And this was a long time ago, and it’s the only incident I can remember. So… not a bad track record, eh!
