I go here for chicken Tuesday! It’s like taco Tuesday but chicken. They have A two piece chicken deal for $ 1.50. I believe. It’s good for the tummy, better for the wallet. Yum!

This Popeye’s has always been good to me. It’s slow sometimes, and usually busy, but the quality of the food has always been good.

I was very dissatisfied with the team member Raul he was very unfriendly and my order was handed to me within 45minutes wait the gentleman behind me his ticket#0130 and I was in front of him and my ticket was #0133 how could that be I’m in front of the gentleman behind me? Then he has a nerve to raised his voice trying to explain that the ticket# behind me was #0130 and I don’t want to make a scene or be loud asking him why my ticket# is 0133 and his is 0130 when his behind me.
His not friendly at all and didn’t greet or say thank you I have to say it after his rude and loud trying to argued with me!!! Wow this Popeyes always giving me a bad experiences every time I visit and I keep trying to better understand and give them benefit of the doubt but still not a very friendly place to order food after work or just to eat inside.

I have an addiction for their red beans n rice along with the cajun mash taters. so so good. I normally get the 3 wings meal and i’m Good To Go. This location doesn’t have a drive thru. But the service is still good. will recommend…

Popeyes chicken is awesome when it is actually made fresh. But when it isn’t (which is most of the time) the chicken tastes like something that has come out of a nuclear reactor. They always and I mean always are stingy with the fries when you they put them in your meal box. They literally only put a small handful in there. I ended up having to order an extra side of fries and I can’t count how many times that they’ve forgotten my fricken biscuit :/

I don’t typically write reviews for fast food places. They are typically pretty consistent in food quality (or lack thereof) across locations. I wanted to write this because Popeyes isn’t well known on the west coast, where KFC dominates the chicken fast food genre.
Popeyes servers their fried chicken up with more southern flair and has more spicy and seafood options. If you’ve never been, I highly recommend giving it a try.
Regarding this particular location, I found it to be clean and a bit on the slow side. However, please understand that I still had my food in a matter of a few minutes, so it’s not like it ruined my lunch hour.
My rating is based on comparing Popeyes to other fast food chains only.

The Chicken and sides are very good, BUT, the service is terrible! They are extremely SLOW in getting the orders filled. They wait till you get up to order to inform you that it will be another 20 minutes for your order. Simply terrible service and we will never return to the place.

i LOVE me some Popeyes BUT this location is slow… i prefer the services and serving’s at the one on Marine World pkwy.
i feel like my meal at this location yesterday (⁸⁄₉) was skimpy.

This is my favorite Popeyes!
I have always had excellent service with a friendly smile.
The food is hot and tasty. My favorites are white mild chicken, red beans with rice, mash potatoes with Cajun gravy. The chicken wraps are very good.
I go to the other one in Vallejo after hours because it has a drive thru.
Same great food at both!

Popeyes is so freakin’ good, especially when you haven’t had it in awhile. I always get their 2 or 3 piece bonified meal. Spicy chicken with red beans and rice, dr. pepper or orange soda, biscuits with lots of honey and a bunch of hot sauce packets! LOL The customer service here is not all that great and some of the people working there can barely speak English. As long as the food continues to be delicious I have no complaints!

I was suprised that Popeye’s fried chicken tasted very good. I have been to different restaurants in the bay area serving fried chicken but this is the best. The skin is crispy and I also like the cheese and macaroni.

Went here for a quick dinner with friends on a road trip.
Place was clean. Staff got our food quick and was nice.
Mac and Cheese was delicious. Chicken was good chicken.
Left satisfied with fast food!

Okay Popeyes is Popeyes!
The food pretty much tastes the same everywhere but I scored one star for the service.
First of all I was the only one in the restaurant! There were 2 associates working one taking my order and one fumbling around in the back! So I placed my order, and the guy taking my order turns around and starts packing my food! The other guy is still standing around in the back. (Okay I admit he might have been doing something important but in my opinion you should take care of the customers first!) Then another customer comes in and places an order and he gets his order before me! Keep in mind I came in a whole 6 minutes before him! Then the guy came to the front from the back and starts washing his hands! Great! I love watching this, but instead of using paper towel to turn off the water he uses his newly washed hands! Call me a germiphobe but I don’t care! Last, he comes in and starts boxing my food, there was a box in his way and he tries to throw it over the metal heating thing to keep the chicken warm! But he didn’t make it over, it landed on the chicken that was sitting in the warmer, just waiting for the next customer to buy! I couldn’t believe it! That was not good at all! I can just imagine what they do when people are not in the restaurant! I politely asked for my money back and told the manager what i saw! Never again!

I love popeye’s, so after a long drive we needed to pick something up and decided to go here. The place was empty so I walked in, placed my order and was out in 3 mins. I decided to try the cole slaw since the other sides are pretty standard and it was pretty good, a little too sweet but it worked. I really really love the spicy chicken here. It’s just too bad they don’t have a drive thru at this location but closer to home so 2 thumbs up.

They finally opened a location on the other side of town. The only drawback about this location is that there isn’t a drivethru and the parking is a challange. However…
You don’t have to drive clear across town to get here!
The quality is top notch Popeye’s. Hot spicy crispy Southern Fried Chicken and all the usual sides.
This location is very clean and modern. Of course, it is brand spankin new too.
If you aren’t familiar with the area, it located in the shopping center with the Hollywood VIdeo and the Walgreen’s It’s where the old Hostess Bakery Outlet used to be.
