I was referred to Affordable Telephone Systems when I transferred my phones to TelePacific (mistake but that’s another review!). I couldn’t be any happier with the service and expertise. They showed up when they were supposed to show up and knew what they were doing. It didn’t take them long at all to get me set up. They also got the software downloaded on my computer so we can program and gave me a quick tutorial. I am extremely particular about customer service so when someone goes above and beyond I have to give them a shout out!

We have worked with Affordable Telephone Systems for over ten years. They have excellent service, their technicians are top-​notch and they give good advice. We have a ten year old telephone system in our office and they continue to support their products very well and they also have the latest products available. I would recommend them to anyone.
