Remember the days when integrity and being fair were a part of owning a business?. …well, Wayne from Septic Solutions still works by those principles! His intent is honest and he is hardworking.
We called Wayne last week in desperate need of help to diagnose our Septic tank breakdown. He was knowledgeable, patient (with my many questions), and thorough. His first approach to our problem was to actually find the problem, not to sell us a new tank and leech lines. He takes time to diagnose the situation and gives only what is needed to get you back in working order. Wayne and his team were on time, had great communication, and most importantly were professional. I recommend Septic Solutions 110%.

After reading the reviews about this company and Wayne, I figured I couldn’t go wrong with these guys. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. In fact, I could not be more impressed with Wayne and his team. Rarely have I encountered such a powerful combination of expertise and skill level, particularly when paired with honesty, integrity and friendly pricing. Needless to say, utilizing Septic Solutions for any of your septic needs is a no-​brainer. If I were staying in the area, I would never use anyone else.

So I called them today about doing an inspection of a septic system. They do install and repair work, oops, my bad. Although they don’t provide inspections, Wayne was extraordinarily helpful with my situation. He gave me the contact info for a good clean out company to take care of my needs, he called the county for me to see if the leach field was properly recorded, emailed me a copy of the recorded documents from the county recorders website, and didn’t try to charge me for anything. I would highly recommend using this company, who is willing to go to this much effort to help!!!

I had my septic pumped out two days ago by this company, I was really lucky considering I called two other local company’s that were very rude and unaccommodating. Fortunately for me It didn’t cost me nearly as much as I thought because of there new septic truck (it’s amazing!!) seriously if you have a septic problem these are the people to call

For starters Wayne came out to see us after a long hard day and in heavy traffic too… we had gotten bids from two other septic companies, also on Unilocal,who wanted to right away replace leach lines and charge big bucks :(Wayne within minutes with his probe found my four leach lines in the orchard and found the leaking line at bottom. He knew to start at the top, at the septic tank and go from there since we did not know the problem. He was definitely right! Sent someone out the very next day who spent most the day digging and using jack hammer to undig the septic tank which we found out had outdated covers and was not to code… This was not brought out to us by the other septic company nor the inspector upon purchasing this home two years ago :(
Wayne came out and dug around the outside of septic to check out the pipe which leads to the distribution box hopefully nearby. he explained all details and possibilities ahead and was right on!!! Wayne found the crushed and torn pipe just outside the septic tank… it was allowing just enough wastewater to still get thru. In order to find the «d box» and where this line was going we brought in a septic plumber with a camera who found that it was going down and to what direction. That night Wayne came by again to follow up the findings…
Early the next day Wayne with his crew and his tractor came and dug up the area next to my pristine vegetable garden, outside of the many tiers, They found the box and it had been installed tilted, thus, three of the leach lines were never being used all these years… all was being directed to the bottom leach line only so that it why it was leaking from being totally over saturated…
Wayne thus added some parts to correct the issue in the d box and then checked with water pressure now for correct direction to the three leach lines…
ALL was remedied inexpensively versus the thousands of dollars the other two local companies wanted to charge me.
I am so glad that I got 3 estimates and that I met Wayne who is totally honest and not out for the buck as these others were… he really wants to help you and listens… to solve the problem.

I was referenced to Wayne by Septic Pumping and after I gave him a call I knew I had made the right choice.
First conversation I had with Wayne was in regards to trying to locate my tank on my new property. He came out with the Septic Pumping guy and together worked on triangulating the location of my tank. Didn’t charge me a dime for that. After it was located and scoped by ASAP plumbing, he gave me a very thoughtful and experienced walk through of what was needed in my situation. Since my newly purchased septic tank has not been pumped in about 30 years, there was a very clear need to replace it. He walked me through the required steps, with itemized prices and even was open to working with me on certain aspects of the project to lower the overall cost (waiting on replacing leach field).
When we agreed to the project and signed them up, Wayne and his crew made quick work of the replacement. They did the entire project in less than a week and had to battle everything from other contractors being on the premise to snakes and still kept powering along with a strong work ethic and a great sense of humor.
I loved working with these guys. While hopefully I don’t have to work with them for a long time, if I do… I look forward to the interaction.

Very competitive pricing, straight shooters, friendly, cared enough to make sure everything was done right, always showed up on time and stayed there until the job got done. great help in terms of dealing with the county. bottom line, everything worked out perfectly on this complex job placing a septic tank and the leach field on a slope with little room for error!

Septic Solutions came through for us. We had a complete failure of our septic. Not only that, but the fact the property didn’t have enough room to replace new leech lines to code. Wayne and company came up with a «solution», a modified trench/​pit. The inspector was happy and I was happy and we can flush with without fear now. Thanks guys!

Very pleased with Wayne and the crew. New leach lines are not fun but the crew of three were always on time, exceptional communication and priced reasonable.

Septic Solutions is reliable, reasonably priced and performs work that necessary for your system, and nothing more. They’re trustworthy, which is a seemingly difficult quality to find among septic contractors these days.
