Altsmoke Valley Stream

I had bought another tank so i could vape 2 juices without dumping out my main tank. I had issues with the tank not working brought it in and once again sho to the rescue he messed with it swapping parts and checking it on other mods to verify it didnt work, and once he fixed it let me go with no charge. love this place

By far the lowest prices I have seen yet! Only thing is that they don’t have a sign outside… but they could be working on that so I don’t know… I will be returning!

Really nice and clean place, with excellent consumer service. They have everything you need, many varieties of juices and many and many set ups.

I’ve been to a few vape shops in the area and none compare to altsmoke. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. Even the customers, as soon as I walked in everyone introduced themselves, having never seen me before. Which is nice because the other ones i visited made me feel like an outsider. Since I came across this place a few months ago I haven’t been to another one and don’t plan on it

Stopped in out of curiosity. well when they say curiosity kills the cat. they weren’t lying. The gentleman in the store was very nice and super knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with out hesitation. The coolest part is, everytime you spend a certain dollar amount, you get credits towards your next purchase. They have a huge selection and a pretty cool layout. If ever in the area and interested in trying out some flavors, stop in AltSmoke shop… the frosted flakes are the truth. Customer service was superb, thanx for making a first time customer feel welcomed. I would highly recommend to anyone I know.

What a dope find. I’m, by no means, experienced in vaping & immediately upon walking in, John was able to guide me through to exactly what I needed off of a short conversation. These guys know what they are doing and they’re the best in town.
I ended up leaving with a 40W e-​leaf with the jungle fever e-​juice. They also have Unilocal deals as well as Facebook deals.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and he even invited me to come in with friends, play some pool, eat, and spend all day trying different flavors. Now, that’s what builds a loyal customer base. AltSmoke Valley Stream has me sold.

TL;DR — Awesome selection, awesome vibe, awesome staff. Would Altsmoke Valley Stream again.
In my five years of vaping, I have been to more vape stores than I can count. I was impressed by Altsmoke in Valley Stream; I would say they are certainly one of the better shops out there.
I initially went in to purchase a new coil for my aging Provari. I walked out with a brand new sub-​ohm mod (which, btw, are completely awesome.)

What a cool little shop. Well, not really little — having a pool table, flat screens, couches, speakers, and plenty of seating, this is definitely a place where vaping enthusiasts can come to kick back, socialize, and discuss how awesome vaping is. The staff were incredibly friendly (more on that later), as were the patrons — I certainly felt welcome. When it comes to retail, feeling welcome is gold.

The store has quite a large variety of all things e-​cig. If you need something, they probably have it.

I can be the retailers worst nightmare. I’m talking MK-​20 Rockeye cluster bomb-​equipped B-​52 squadron nightmare. Although instead of dropping freedom, I drop questions. The person I was talking with, Sho (spelling?), was more than happy to satisfy my campaign of Shock and Awe. I have had my old Provari for years, so I really knew nothing about the latest vaping tech. After meticulously bringing me up to speed, I wanted to compare a new mod to my Provari. So what did Sho do? He gave me a brand new coil for my Provari — free of charge — just so that I could make a proper comparison. (He also threw in a free coil for the mod I bought).
I can count the number of reviews I have written on one hand; that should tell you Unilocalers just how impressed I was with Altsmoke.
I will definitely be back.

This place is awesome. They have a pool table, couches to chill on. Speakers blasting chill music and they have a HUGE selection of equipment and flavors. I picked up an e-​leaf battery and a dope kangertech tank with my friend. They have so many flavors to choose from. You can literally sit there and try every single flavor all day. Must visit. Nice people with a lot of vape knowledge.

Taking stock of my vape supplies ahead of a long trip, I found myself short on both atomizers and liquids. I fell in love with Five Pawns while out in LA in February, and regretfully wasn’t finding anywhere on LI that actually had it in stock… until Unilocal yielded Altsmoke as an option.
Wonderfully helpful staff, willing to set aside a few bottles for me (which I discovered wasn’t even necessary as their inventory is stocked). I also have to thank John and Dottie for introducing me to Cyclops Vapor’s Eros after listening for a few minutes about what flavours I liked. Seeing as they are participating in a Unilocal deal, I decided to stock up a little bit, and walked out with a bit over $ 200 in atomizers, juices, and a promise to stop by when I was back in town to stock up again.
Very happy to have a vape shop run by friendly people and with fantastic inventory who cultivate good relationships with their customers in western Nassau. I look forward to becoming a regular customer here.

Its so relieving to have a GOOD local vape shoppe. They carry top shelf juices, plus the staff members are very advanced vapors. I stopped in to buy a juice and stayed for an hour vaping. I also left with more merchandise than expecting, they carry CloudChaser Drip Tips (cherry vapes) Five Pawns E-​liquid, and RDA’s. I was treated so nice, and thats rare to find on Long Island considering then SQUARES who LIVE to vape

Found this shop on Unilocal 3 weeks ago and went right in since I saw they were a well known shop. They are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable (talk to phil, guy with the long hair). Built me a great coil set up for my panzer mod and help with any maintenance I need. Definitely recommend this place.

Very helpful staff they addressed all my issues quickly and helped just as quickly. They allow you to taste the various flavors on the «bar». The staff is also very knowledgable on the products they sell. I am a smoker and this place is currently helping me quit. Check the place out.
