Game stop 4678– David is fantastic! He was so patient! I typically avoid Green Acres Mall but opted to shop at this location because he was friendly on the phone. The other locations nearby were dismissive.

The African American guy that worked here acted like a zombie. I was asking him questions about buying a wii game and what’s the difference between a new and used with the return policy. I felt like I waited 10 minutes before he looked up from his computer to answer me and even when he did he sounded half dead.
Never going here again. Customer service sucked.

Sweet, I get to be the first one to review this place. So me lady and I went to gamestop to ‘stock’ up on PS3 and Wii games (most of which we haven’t even touched yet). I gotta say this is nothing like being in best buy, for such a simple purchase we got feedback from mostly everyone who worked in the store. The guy that helped us was clearly a video game pro and probably has logged more hours playing video games than anyone who works in best buy. While this may be a bad thing for him, it really worked out for me. I told him the types of games I liked and he showed me at least 5 other games that he would guarantee I will like. Sweet deal, I walked out a hundred bucks poorer… oh yeah and they sell used games and buy your old ones.
