Kohl’s

If I have to go into a Kohl’s I tend to frequent this location or the one in Oceanside. Like the one in Oceanside, the staff is not that helpful, but I tend to find sizes that fit me on occasion and I feel like no one is ever in this store. The only evidence that makes me think otherwise are the destroyed
aisles in the various departments especially the kids department. Like my other review it is best just to shop online and avoid the store all together.

Green Acres Mall is generally a disaster. It’s one I try to avoid, especially after dark. Holidays are a joke. But, this Kohl’s Department store, blew in a fresh breath of retail air. It has basically kept me going to this «mall.»
Parking is OK, and the store is not a mess like the other Kohl’s stores, within driving distance. The dressing rooms don’t reek of urine, and aren’t super dirty and stained. Lines are long generally, but do go fast. The staff isn’t overly helpful, but it is Kohl’s.
There is an entrance through the mall which is cool. A short escalder ride up and you can shop for clothes, cooking supplies, PJ’s.you name it.
Shop once (with a Kohl’s charge card) and you get some Kohl’s Cash. This can ultimately stack up over shopping trips, but it does expire and it is a pain in the bum if you try and return something. Stick with the coupons… they mail them, email them and have apps for free to download them at the last minute.
They sell Yankee Candles here. Scents specially made (I think) for Kohl’s. I have been to the actual Yankee Candle store and haven’t found some of the candles I found at Kohl’s. One being my signature scent, «Merry Berry.» Smells amazeeee!
They have a great sneaker department at this particular location. Name brands too. I hot a great pair of a cool style New Balance kick, at a discounted price.
Oh and another bonus for you nail polish fanatics… they sell Essie at the registers. Cute little display and you can use a coupon!

I have mixed feelings about Kohl’s (this store and the company as a whole). When the store is empty, it’s fine. When it’s crowded and during the holidays, it’s a mess. There are always good deals to be found with coupons and discounts. The store itself is organized okay, but the shelves could be neater. The online stock counter for checking in-​store items is not reliable at all. My size always seems sold out in the store.
