McDonald’s

Now before I comment on why this place received two stars let me first say the employees are cool the food was hot and fresh no complaints. Now on to what I witnessed about two hours ago: I went in with my son and it was fairly empty I would say 7 costumers including us. Most who had already ordered. So a employee who was supposed to be tending the register wasn’t there due to miscommunication no problem. Another employee who was also a cahsier told him to take our order. He came and he was very cool took our order 25sec we were done. Now about 5 mins later while I was defending myself from a barrage of karate moves my son was hitting me with and next thing I know I hear some commotion behind the register and this black lady who was clearly the manager starts to rip into him in front of the customers about staying at the register and she is clearly trying to make an impression in front of a older guy who was just as upset as I was. Now I own businesses and one thing you don’t do is yell at your employees and definitely not in front of customers. That was very unprofessional of her and that is not how you boost employee morale. If I really felt for the kid who looked nomore than 17 – 18. I don’t know how she got her position but It has bothered me since.

I will have to admit with other reviewers that the drive thru line is probably one of the worst that I have been to. The employees are friendly, but I feel like the drive thru is unorganized as they continually give you the wrong order and you have to correct them or you could end up with someone else’s food. I really wish i could give them more stars given the employees are really friendly, but the speed and accuracy of the service here prevents me from giving more. All in all, the food is the same quality that you would expect from a McDonalds which keeps me coming back.

My major qualm with this McDonald’s lies with the drive-​thru. They hardly get the orders correct, sauce is always an issue, twice I got less than 10 chicken nuggets, is it terribly hard to count to 10? And I’ve heard the manager tell the associates to not fill up the fries all the way, and they never are truly full. Maybe I’m just being a fat-​ass but I want my food order correct.

Was driving through the town on Antigua out with my hubby and I was in the mood for an apple pie. 20 minute wait. The two women at the drive thru were nasty, rude to my husband and argued that there was a «training» of the register and if j need faster service go to Laurelton. Insulting … No more McDonald’s for us…

Service is not horrible. They slip up sometimes, but this occurs in all fast food places. Service in drive thru is quite good, the staff is friendly and always make effort to make you happy.

I personally hate this mcdonalds because of the amount of teenagers that are always there. There are always these little skimpy 8^th or 9^th graders hanging around outside or inside of this place. Other than that, the service is nice. The people working there don’t seem happy to be working there, though. Other than that, the food doesn’t taste any different than any other mcdonalds. I just hate how it’s crowded.

I’m morally opposed to a McDonald’s with this high of a rating. It is McDonald’s for Christ sake, it doesn’t even attempt to taste fresh.

I love this Mc Donalds here in Valley Stream the food here is very fresh and nice and hot the workers here is very fast with the orders
