Popeyes

Tried there New pepper barrel chicken it was great I love. Chicken my fav. To cashiers are great at there job and everything always fresh enjoy ur stay I did

Lines: out the door.
Staff: One cashier, one cook, one other staff member/​person just walking around.
I’m sure Popeyes can afford more staff. Just a suggestion. Maybe on the weekends??? Please.
Service: (Despite this young cashier appearing slightly overwhelmed all because she was trying to be quick), her attitude was a great representation of awesome customer service!
She took her time with each customer. I know she was trying to be quick but never did you feel hurried.
She couldn’t remember the name of the fish they were serving and actually got our attention even after we had left the counter just to give us this information. Going beyond.
Her voice alone is so pleasant and soothing. She was born for careers in the customer service industry. I’m sorry I didnt get her name but I didn’t want to stay too long while I placed my order.
She gets three stars while the food with one makes up my rating.
The food tasted great! I had a rice and red bean with green beans big box comb which only cost $ 6.00! I asked them to hold the heavy gravy. My friend got a fish and chips combo.
What I like is though fast food, it tasted deliciously homemade! In fact right up there with some of the who’s who in food/​privately owned restaurants. I’ve had the chicken, shrimp and fries before and didn’t enjoy it and totally wrote them off. I’m happy I didn’t know how good this food tasted because I would have now had more work to do in the gym

The food is delious. I recently tried the popcorn shrimp I think it is with fries. It was amazing. The only problem is the service could be a little better and quicker.

Umm. not much fan of Popeyes but hey when your nieces ask their favorite aunt for their tenders i don’t have no choice but to get it… so yep im in the car while i make my friend go and get it lols hey i said I’ll get the tenders didn’t say my $ 20 and i was going in together…:)

I’ve been going here for that past 3 months and have received fresh food everytime and great service

Piece of crap store. Their phone lines are always busy and they don’t display their hours on their door. When I arrived, The halfwit that works there informed me that they were closed after of course I would have no way of knowing. Hate this place so much! (Not Popeyes in general, just this location)

This is a Popeyes in my area and has been around for quite a while. The service is not great. The lines are always huge and the staff is slow and barely speaks English. There isn’t a lot of parking. This is a bad location because it is right near King Kullen shopping center, which has people parking close to Popeyes. This Popeyes also gives you smaller portions and charges extra for sauce. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the food is cooked well, and always tastes good hot and fresh.

Service is horrible! I’ve tried a few times since my first time here… and everytime they forget 2 items…
