When I decided to get face fillers, I visited several doctors for consultations and Dr. Zilberstein stood out from the very start. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, a careful listener and had a good grasp of what needed to be done. No high presure sales pitch. Just suggestions on what would be best for me.
From the first treatment I could tell that she was very capable, artistic, expertly knew her craft… a very good thing when someone’s putting needles in your face. Plus incredibly gentle and very easy going.
I love the results. She’s a gem. I’m lucky to have found her.

They do not communicate with each other. Made one appointment, called me back and cancelled it. Made another one and forgot about it. I showed up and nobody knew why. This doctor does not perform procedures, her technician does. I drove an hour to get to their office that is somewhere in a back street in a private house. A guy with bear feet opened the door and kept apologizing, because he had to leave. I asked for two options: either they refund my money (it was prepaid on groupon) or give me an additional session for no fee for all the inconvenience and aggravation. first this lady Olga agreed, but then she called me at 9 am next day and started mumbling something how technician was only 10 minutes late and how i «just left for no reason» and how she changed her mind about giving me an additional session. When I was making an appointment, I was very clear that I had to leave at particular time and asked if it was gonna be possible, otherwise I wasn’t gonna take this appointment. The lady assured me it was only gonna take 30 min and that was why I took the appointment. They are very inconsistent, unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust them with my face anyway. Be ware patients!
